We had lunch at Mamma Ida's on Saturday, May 30th. The food was really good: gnocchi with ricotta and sausage, lentil soup, and a cheese appetizer. Everything was good and plentiful, except for the cheeses, which were a bit pricey for the portion. For dessert, a ricotta, lentil, and chocolate tart was truly excellent. The view of the entire landscape was beautiful, but it was a shame the flowers hadn't started to bloom yet.

Highly recommended..... restaurant located in a place with a wonderful view.....local food, friendly staff. After a long journey with the mottos we felt really good. Delicious ricotta and lentil tart.

I'd like to give a huge compliment to the exquisite ricotta used in this restaurant's dishes: I've never tasted such a soft and fresh product. The Castellucciana soup, roast beef, roast potatoes, and, of course, the pasta dishes are all excellent. The lentil liqueur, kindly provided on the house, is a must-try. The staff are young and friendly. Prices are fair. The location offers a fantastic view, overlooking Mount Vettore. We'll be back.

Even though the chairs on the covered terrace are plastic… it was a real treat… friendly staff… also in perfect English.

Second time we stopped for lunch after hiking Mount Vettore. Second success. Everything was delicious and healthy, the location and view of the valley were fantastic, and the service was friendly and welcoming (I ordered the grilled sausages after my companions were already having dessert, and jokingly told the waiter to bring them to me in a glass like their tiramisu; he took me at my word—three sausages in a crystal goblet). The prices were fair, and the food was excellent, especially if you love ricotta and lentils. Highly recommended!

Great experience, we ate very well at this restaurant.
The mutton skewers were superb, the lentil soup was very good, as was the truffle omelette.
In short, the food was really very good, and the prices were fair.

What can I say? A place immersed in the beauty of a spectacular panorama, excellent food, all homemade. A place that exudes Umbrian character from every inch. Super friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable staff. Fair prices, highly recommended!
