Very good service I ordered the tourist menu, some of it was very good, though I didn't like e.g. the antipasto. However they were very flexible and changed some parts of the menu for me. Good atmosphere too. I recommend the place

Being part of a group of 70 people, it was a real pleasure to eat here, and having booked a menu and location, everything went smoothly!!! Kindness and excellent courtesy from all the waiters, truly excellent.

The owner of the Villa Finetti farmhouse recommended this restaurant to us. Recommendation well received! The food was beyond excellent. We had the Piattone del Frantoio (olive oil mill) appetizer and three first courses: pappardelle with wild boar, cappelletti in brodo (a type of broth), Cappelletti della Nonna (a type of grandmother's cappelletti), and ravioli al Frantoio (olive oil mill ravioli). All the dishes were very generous; we forced ourselves to finish them. The staff, I don't want to sound banal, but... they were: -courteous -knowledgeable -friendly -ready to find solutions to every eventuality (not because we had special needs, but because we heard customers at other tables asking.) The restaurant is very well kept, and the atmosphere is family-like, yes, with gli as family. We were in Gubbio for the President's Tournament (rugby). When we return, we will definitely return.

We had a lunch for two, choosing the tourist menu (something we never do), which turned out to be more than adequate and satisfying. The service was prompt and courteous, and the atmosphere was very quaint, with exposed brick vaults that transported us back in time. The only negative was a customer at a table, not even very close, who did nothing but listen to something on her smartphone, at a volume that was very annoying, not just for us. In those cases, perhaps the staff should kindly intervene and point out that there are other customers who might not be happy with the food.

Just came from an amazing lunch. Special pumpkin risotto, sliced ​​porcini mushrooms, and melt-in-your-mouth white truffle! Wow! Fair prices and a location inside an old olive oil mill ❤️ In Fratta Terme, I can say it's one of the best restaurants. We'll be back soon! ☀️

Beautiful location right in front of the Roman theater. We ate well.
