Welcoming staff, fantastic service, and outstanding food. Came back multiple times—they even remembered me and my order. Get there early, it fills up fast. From Napoli to the Dolomites, this is the best pizza I’ve had.

Had a great night here and was served by Samual and another young girl. Both were awesome - especially Samuel - who spoke four languages. He was friendly and warm and I really appreciated his service. I hope his boss reads this review!

The food wasn't bad, even though it was full we were served quickly...but...with the same speed they took away our plates, practically without giving us time to finish calmly...to be reviewed

Good food but the service is not good. First of all, the food is not arriving at the same time when sitting with a group. The pizza oven and the kitchen is working at different speeds. Also, the staff was unfriendly, not speaking English and it was hard to communicate. They also told us that the kitchen was closed at 21.30, even though it was written that the kitchen was open until 21.45.

Really good food. Service like a Micheline star. Friendly people, so important. I had the chateau Bryant on a salt platter. Mmmm so nice. But all food is good. Pizza and hamburgers. Salads. Thank you for two great nights. (Yes we went back!).

What a fantastic evening we had here. We felt welcome from the very first moment. We enjoyed delicious pizza, a perfectly prepared Chateaubriand, and a truly exquisite 2023 Chardonnay. Everything was perfect. The service was exceptional, with genuine attention and a passion for her craft. Mirjam made the evening complete: professional, attentive, and incredibly hospitable. She perfectly sensed our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. The dessert was also a delicious ending to a top-notch dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this place. You come here not only for good food, but also for superb service.

22/02/2026: I just got back from the ski season, and my whole team is delighted with this hotel. The location for mountain walks is perfect. The location for the Alpe di Susi ski slopes is perfect, especially since the hotel offers transportation to the gondola lifts in the morning and pickup at the end. The breakfast was delicious – quite a large selection, and you can make your own. The dinner – oh my, even better. You get your choice the day before, and the next day you get what you chose. The service was first-class – the kind and friendly staff are always there to help and solve any problems. I'll get organized when I get back and book a place for next season. See you soon.

Impeccable service and exceptional customer care are the hallmarks of this hotel. The setting and location are enchanting, especially after a snowfall, making it feel like a fairytale. The pool, sauna, and Turkish bath complete the hotel's exceptional amenities.

08/05/2026: Pizzeria Issinger Weiher ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredibly good Filoncino! I've never eaten such a delicious Filoncino as here – the Filoncino Top Figura was simply superb. The dough had an excellent texture: beautifully crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside, and the spelt and chia flour gives it a wonderful, slightly nutty flavor. The service was also excellent: attentive, friendly, and uncomplicated. To finish, we treated ourselves to the chocolate mousse – a perfect sweet ending. The drinks were also excellent, especially the draft beer, which is truly unique and paired perfectly with the pizza. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!
