In the end instead of lunch I opted for espresso and dessert espresso came 10 minutes later the dessert no apology no explanation. Very disapointing

We feel very comfortable here, and after 15 years of family vacations, our children have grown up here as if it were their second home. The outstanding cuisine deserves special mention. Everything is perfectly prepared. It couldn't be better, thank you so much! It should also be mentioned that the outdoor pool has become a very successful constantly improving addition to your oasis of well-being. 24/09/2025: The Schlosshotel Aehrental is an extraordinary, wonderful place: in the heart of Kaltern, yet a little removed from the hustle and bustle. We appreciate the hospitality, the delicious food, the wonderful residence with its well-kept garden... A gem, and very special indeed.

25/06/2025: We always enjoy staying at the castle hotel. The old building is very beautiful, the magnificent gardens are lovingly maintained and invite you to linger. The delicious food is simply delicious, and the owner and the entire staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel has private access to the lake, which is about 3 kilometers away.

15/04/2026: We were a group of eight. The waiters were very kind and polite. We had a baby with us, and they even provided a small table for my nephew so he could sit and eat comfortably. We ordered Spätzle, ravioli, salad, pizza, pasta, and more — everything was delicious and freshly made. Our dishes arrived within 10–15 minutes. The waiter, Giorgio, answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. The coperto was €2 per person, which is quite reasonable I think, and the beer was great too. We found parking about 200 meters from the restaurant in the blue-line areas. Since it was Sunday, parking was free, but you can also park in the city center for around €4–5 per hour (just 200–300 meters away). We loved our lunch there. Thank you, Torgglhaus! 26/12/2025: The food was mediocre – it had the feel of a large-scale kitchen; everything was prepared quickly, but unfortunately not fresh. The ambiance was old-fashioned, especially in the section where we sat. The staff tried their best, but the bread was stale, and yet we paid almost €12 for a basket for six people. A very disappointing experience during our South Tyrol vacation. What a shame. There are so many wonderful places here.

03/05/2026: A lovingly run, family-run inn...the food is excellent and leaves almost nothing to be desired...you can sit in the garden with a magnificent view or in the conservatory...the hosts are always up for a laugh and cater to their guests' every wish...very good value for money

09/02/2026: We stayed at the Graziani Hut during the first week of February with a group of nine people and booked a family room as well as the Chalet Gracia. The chalet is simply amazing – superbly equipped, very stylish, and comfortably furnished. The barrel sauna and the whirlpool right next to it are especially fantastic and make the stay truly special. The family room was functional and clean, but a bit cramped for four adults. The bunk bed, in particular, is rather small for adults – but manageable for a few nights. Breakfast was excellent, and the four-course dinner was delicious, varied, and featured regional cuisine. There were also great options for vegetarians. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable cabin holiday with only minor drawbacks regarding the family room. The chalets are truly fantastic – we would love to come back!
