03/10/2025: Terrible experience, both for the pizza and the service. We spent €45 for a supposedly "gourmet pizza" that was anything but gourmet: shallow crusts, small size, and it even arrived creased. We had ordered very clearly over the phone, specifying both the name and the pizza number (as we had done in the past), but after several calls, we were told they couldn't prepare a takeout pizza with all the ingredients. So why put it on the menu? In the end, the pizza arrived incomplete. Furthermore, instead of understanding that "pizza number" meant the menu code, they thought it was the quantity. Absurd. Upon delivery, another problem: we were told we couldn't pay by card, when we had already done so in the past. The result? Having to withdraw cash at the last minute. Mediocre pizza, confusing and unprofessional service, zero transparency. Extremely high and unjustified prices. Never again.

03/10/2025: Amazing food! We ate divinely: the venison carpaccio was delicious, the pork cheek with polenta melted in your mouth, and the Sacher torte, my favorite dessert, was truly excellent. Kudos to the chef, who deserves top marks! The service, however, was a shame, leaving a bit to be desired. The waiters were friendly but inattentive: the second glass of wine requested with the appetizer arrived over 20 minutes late (and another 10 minutes after we'd reminded them), practically after the meal was over. Furthermore, the Williams grappa, served at room temperature, didn't live up to expectations for such a prestigious venue, where you'd expect it to be cold. Overall, a positive experience thanks to the exceptional cuisine, but the service could be improved.

Io ho gustato con molto piacere un primo piatto a base di pasta fresca e tartufo nero:ottimo.Ma devo dire che tutte le altre portate sono state altrettanto eccellenti. 14/08/2025: Positive points to note: - Good impression upon arrival (avenue-like access, plenty of shaded parking spaces, modern facade with outdoor seating); we liked the hotel at first glance. - The gardens with playground and pool area are beautifully landscaped, located in the middle of the vineyards, with plenty of loungers and very clean. - Dinner and service in the restaurant were impressive; the quality of the food is good; the wine selection is excellent. What we didn't like so much: - Reception: The reception area is very dated; the furniture and design are cobbled together from the past few decades. In 4-star hotels, we are used to being served a welcome drink during check-in, rather than having to stand next to the reception desk while all your ID details are entered into the system. - The bar with seating in the entrance area is poorly staffed all day. Even in the evening, shortly before dinner, you wait a very long time before anyone even comes to ask if you would like a drink. At a "later" hour (directly after dinner), you feel like an unwelcome guest because the staff would rather call it a night. - At first glance, the hotel makes a modern impression; this is also consistently conveyed on the website. However, as soon as you enter the hotel, you can see from the reception area, hallways, basement, staircase, elevator, and, unfortunately, also the rooms that the hotel is very dated. The online service and the pictures in the booking confirmation give a completely different impression than the reality (see comparison of the picture from the booking confirmation and the photo of our room). - Reception: Information was very sparse and only provided upon request, and upon departure, the staff didn't seem to care whether we enjoyed our stay.

16/09/2025: Cozy hut; we stopped in for a quick bite at the end of our hike. The apple strudel is highly recommended! They're all dog-friendly, too. The only drawback: I love hot chocolate with milk: they serve it here, too, but only in a small coffee cup. I find the price a bit steep. But it was delicious. It was very quiet when we were there, but we were also late and it was off-season.

10/09/2025: A fantastic grano sareceno torta (served warm) and delicious coffee. The perfect pairing to recharge your batteries for weary hikers. The service is attentive, the prices are reasonable, and the place is very pleasant.

30/09/2025: Unfortunately, none of the dishes we ordered met our expectations. The carbonara was drowned in sauce, and the guanciale tasted like it had been cooked days earlier — far too crispy and it ruined the whole experience. The pizza with egg was absolutely inedible. On top of that, the waiters smiled in a forced way and kept insisting we order drinks, which made the atmosphere even more unpleasant. Overall, a disappointing experience.

25/09/2025: Cozy and nice restaurant. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The food was very good and the portions were generous. Very satisfied! I especially recommend the charcuterie board and the ravioli.

19/07/2025: Siamo stati più volte al caffè e ristorante "Val d'Anna", che si è confermato un'oasi di pace e... golosità, per le proposte culinarie. Ottimamente attrezzato anche per le famiglie con bambini piccoli e piccolissimi con giochi e fasciatoio a portata di mano, questo punto di ristoro mette gratuitamente a disposizione dei clienti chaise-longue, lettini e ombrelloni che sono posizionati in una grande area verde, anche sulla sponda del fiume che scorre lì vicino. Servizio sempre gentile e cortese, il che non guasta certo. È facilmente e piacevolmente raggiungibile a piedi facendo una breve passeggiata lungo un cammino pure attrezzato a dovere, a iniziare dal piacevole percorso Kneipp e comprendente pure una grande area dedicata ai giochi per i bambini. Che dire d'altro? Che lì al "Val d'Anna" si sta proprio bene e pure ci si può rilassare e ristorare con soddisfazione per tutti i sensi.

15/07/2025: Este es un buen lugar para tomar una copa o una comida. Está al final de un sendero que comienza cerca del Teleférico Seceda en Ortisei y corre junto a un río. Es un paseo fácil. También se puede llegar en coche y, en invierno, en esquís. Hay un montón de mesas exteriores y asientos y el servicio fue amable y eficiente.

The goulash with dumplings tasted like canned goulash, and the dumplings weren't homemade either. The food was returned and wasn't charged. The service was very friendly, which is why it gets five stars, but the food wasn't convincing. We should have been warned, because the menu has a huge selection of dishes, so that can't be good.
