15/03/2025: On the recommendation of locals, I came here with friends just to try their shank. Very, very good! unquestionable quality of the meat, perfect cooking with that crunchy crust to complete the dish. For quality/price the best in Selva! Well done!

17/06/2025: We were looking for a great authentic restaurant that wasn't full of tourists. Had this recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. We had meats and cheeses to start with which was perfect and a very generous portion. We then had goulash, which had a bit of a modern twist and the 'ski dish'. Both were excellent. To wash it down we opted for 1/2 litre of the house red which hit the spot perfectly. Staff were fine and the lady who served us was good.

26/05/2025: I have no idea what the food tastes like there. After more than 10 minutes of being ignored by the four waiters, we left. Several people next to us felt the same way... The waiters seem to prefer chatting to serving customers at lunchtime. If I were a boss, I would be very dissatisfied with the staff's business acumen...

22/05/2025: We only had a quick drink there, but we found the location very appealing. The drive there alone (we were coming from Bolzano) is worth the trip. Once there, the atmosphere is great and it's ideal for the short walk to Greifenstein Castle (about 20 minutes). The staff was super friendly. We'll definitely stop by again when we're in the area.

04/05/2025: Very light and digestible pizza. Wide choice with different combinations. Pretty quick service but when the place is a little fuller they are not well organised. Slow service, those who receive before others, things forgotten. From this point of view it needs to be reviewed. Slightly small internal space. The tables of 2 were quite close to each other, which may be annoying for some. Overall I recommend it.

03/01/2025: From Falzeben we walked on frozen snow in the middle of the woods until we arrived at this beautiful mountain hut...excellent lunch and very friendly owners...beautiful panoramic view

19/06/2025: Beautiful structure on Mount Elmo, certainly not classifiable as a refuge, but at most as a restaurant at altitude. The dishes are truly abundant and good, with prices a little above average. The view from the terrace is worth the small extra expense.

30/05/2025: Immer wie nettes Ziel, wenn man den Berg selbst hochläuft und sich als Belohnung etwas gegönnt. Musik, Drinks, Food und nettes Personal. Klar, es ist nicht urig, aber dafür kann man ja auch die nächste Hütte wieder ansteuern, die auch zu empfehlen sind

13/04/2025: We stayed at hotel Nives for 5 nights. The breakfast was top, lots of choice and value for money. The room was certainly fine, the only point here is that there were two separate duvets and it would have been nicer if we had had 1 large duvet. We also ate in the bar every evening, the food was always super tasty. Martin was always very friendly and honest to us and welcomed us with open arms.

10/04/2025: Were here for the first time and will be back in 2026. Great breakfast, fully automatic coffee machine, super nice service. Dinner in the restaurant 👍🏻.Ski bus stop / bus stop right in front of the door. Dogs are welcome.

21/06/2025: The staff was friendly. We ordered a cold black coffee, which was okay to drink. The tiramisu was not bad at all.

24/05/2025: I contacted the hotel to book a massage and spa for my sister for her birthday and it was confirmed over email. My sister turned up at the hotel to find out that they had canceled her booking without telling me! They did nothing for her on the day, said to come back another day, and refused to at least open the spa early despite it being their mistake and her having traveled in (we had lined up the massage and spa entry based on their advice). They offered zero options other than to wait at the bar FOR AN HOUR. Incredibly poor service, and would not recommend. I have given them the opportunity to contact me with a solution to solve this, but have heard nothing yet. I contacted the hotel to book a massage and spa for my sister for her birthday and confirmation came via email. They did nothing for her that day, told her to come back another day and refused to at least open the spa early even though it was their mistake and she was traveling (we booked the massage and spa based on their advice). They gave us no choice but to wait at the bar FOR AN HOUR. The service is really bad and I would not recommend it. I gave them the opportunity to contact me to propose a solution to the problem, but I have not received a response yet.

20/04/2025: Really stable location to spruce up some wheat in the bark after a long day of cycling. Staff super nice and attentive. We would have liked to set off a few more hop torpedoes, but in the end reason prevailed because there were still kilometers to cover.

15/06/2025: A bloodbath for two appetizers (good quality), 1 first course (tasteless), a couple of beers and a grappa (I asked for a grappa and the waiter brought me a white grappa without even asking me what I wanted, they didn't even know what the barricade was). Fast and averagely decent service but my wife was left without a placemat, I specifically asked for it but they brought me a plate, the waiters didn't speak a word of Italian and it's unacceptable.
