A lovely little hut at the foot of the Langkofel mountain, away from the crowds. A wonderful sun terrace with a view of the Langkofel. The beer, snack platters, and Kaiserschmarrn are excellent. I love stopping here to end the day.

We stopped at this cozy mountain hut several times during our vacation – and for good reason! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful, making you feel instantly welcome. The food was delicious every time, and the drinks were absolutely fantastic. The hut itself is rather small, but it still offers plenty of space with several large tables inside. The outdoor seating is especially lovely: sitting in the sun, right next to the ski slope – it couldn't be better! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hut.

16/03/2026: We spontaneously decided to have lunch at this lovely restaurant and received a very warm welcome. The quality of the food is truly excellent, and the portion sizes, especially the pasta, justify the price. The wine selection and advice are also worth mentioning. Highly recommended!
23/02/2026: My husband and I were blown away by the food and service at Sotriffer. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was exceptional. You can tell so much care and intention goes into every single dish. The deconstructed apple strudel was incredible as well as the sheep’s milk ricotta- the flavors worked together so seamlessly. My husband and I left feeling so taken care of. They didn’t miss a single detail. When I will recommend everyone to dine at this restaurant.

11/03/2026: WOW!! We spent our vacation here and were thrilled. The style of the house is simply beautiful. The estate is in a very quiet location and offers every comfort. The highlights are the excellent cuisine and the new swimming pool. The pool is especially perfect for relaxing after a hike in the mountains. The hosts are incredibly friendly and fulfill every wish. We've already booked for next year.
