05/09/2025: Then again, everyone experiences the moment differently... I'm referring to some very negative comments. Mine is definitely positive. The place is very nice, precisely because it lacks the formality of "vacation" restaurants. It's natural, simple, and honest. It's true, they don't have menus with corresponding prices, and the dishes are limited, but if you like simple goodness, you certainly won't be disappointed by the price... trust me. I'll go back if I can 👍

20/08/2025: A wonderful place with a family-run restaurant on the farm: delicious little pork dishes and great beer from the neighboring farm (Noppbräu). Here you can also observe many animals, including donkeys, cows, pigs, dogs, and chickens.

03/09/2025: Somehow this was unexpectedly the best margarita pizza ever. Wow.

21/08/2025: Not recommended for businesses as they refuse to issue invoices. It's a shame, the food was excellent.

28/10/2025: I am grateful that I was kicked out of the camp. When I registered, I wanted to register only 2 people and take one plot. So without a car. Because of this, I was kicked out of the camp.

14/10/2025: We stayed at this campsite and were unfortunately quite disappointed. The site was far too expensive for what it offered. The restrooms were dirty and appeared unkempt, the lawn was uneven and sloped, so our tent was constantly on a slant. There was also a noisy construction site nearby at night, which made restful sleep impossible. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it – the price-performance ratio doesn't match up at all.

30/05/2025: Restaurant Review (visited in 2023) Very unpleasant and unfriendly waiters who, in my opinion, weren't up to the task. Particularly unpleasant: a waitress chewing gum with her mouth open – an absolute no-go and unprofessional. The water on the table looked more like refilled leftover water, and the bottles were dirty. Whether we paid for the water or not is unclear, but something like that is simply unappetizing. The wait for the food was long. The decor seemed cheap, partly dirty, and broken – not a pleasant atmosphere. The pizza itself was okay, but very small and poorly topped, as you can see from the photos. Conclusion: Poor service, poor hygiene, long wait times, and unsatisfactory quality – not recommended.

19/04/2025: Une carte avec beaucoup de choix, Possibilité de choisir son vin dans les étagères Le personnel est aimable et le service rapide C’était pour déjeuner vers 13:30. Attention les couverts sont en plus: 2€50 par personne et je ne l’ai pas vu sur la carte.

15/04/2025: Wir haben zunächst 2 Prosecco bestellt und dann Carbonara und Tagliatelle Bolognese. Nach ca. 10 Minuten waren die Getränke noch nicht da, obwohl insgesamt nur 3 Tische besetzt waren, so dass ich höflich nachgefragt habe. Die Antwort war „kein Problem“. Nach ca. 5 Minuten kam unser Essen. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass ich gerne erst meinen Prosecco wollte. Die Antwort war „kein Problem“ und der Kellner verschwand. Nach 3 Minuten kam er mit dem Prosecco, meine Frau hat, nachdem sie das Essen probiert hatte und es nur lauwarm war, gebeten ihr doch bitte ein heißes Essen zu servieren. Die Antwort „kein Problem“. Nach 5 Minuten kamen dann die aufgewärmten Nudeln Carbonara. Geschmacklich unterirdisch, insbesondere die Sauce war irgendwie geronnen. Also ich kann weder Service noch das Essen empfehlen.

28/07/2025: Bellissimo locale, personale gentile, menù attento alla selezione degli ingredienti, ricercatissimi e sempre azzeccati. Molti dei piatti sono realizzati con erbe spontanee biologiche, formaggi locali, ricette tipiche rivisitate. Canederli strepitosi! Finisco con un elogio all'estetica , presentazioni sublimi

24/07/2025: La posizione del ristorante con terrazza all’aperto con vista sulla meridiana di Sesto è unica e da sola vale la visita. Locale incantevole con menù tradizionale , i piatti da noi scelti ben cucinati. Non si può fare a meno dei dolci..da non perdere le frittelle di mele con salsa di vaniglia.

20/02/2025: Il posto sarebbe anche bello, il caffè americano anche buono, ma non si può tenere la musica a tutto volume con una playlist da coatti! Cavolo, siamo in montagna, un po' di pace, relax e soprattutto stile non sarebbe male!

19/10/2025: Cappuccino with a heart, and the ice cream is also delicious. We would have loved to go there more often, but we couldn't get a seat. This speaks volumes for the cafe. We'll be back. We were there again this time and drank the most delicious cappuccino.

11/10/2025: We were at the Laubencafe two weeks ago. We drank excellent wine from the St. Quirinus organic winery, and the service was very prompt, even though the café was very busy. Our snack was served freshly by the chef. Afterward, we treated ourselves to a delicious ice cream sundae. The seating is very central and you can easily observe the goings-on around you. The staff were very friendly.

09/11/2025: Today we organized a birthday party at the McDonald's in the Bolzano Mall, and the experience was truly excellent. We received a warm welcome from the moment we arrived, and all the staff were helpful, attentive, and very kind to the children. The party spaces were clean, well-organized, and perfect for entertaining the little ones in complete safety. The team handled every detail with professionalism, ensuring a peaceful and festive atmosphere. The service was also prompt and impeccable: the orders arrived on time and were all exactly as requested. The children had a blast, and we adults felt supported at every step. It was a pleasant, stress-free experience that I definitely recommend. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the McDonald's Mall Bolzano for making this day special.

15/10/2025: Very often, the best coupons from the McDonald's app aren't accepted at this branch. It's a disgrace! Plus, a Big Tasty costs €9 in South Tyrol and only €6.90 in Trento! What's the point?

23/11/2025: Food arrived 45 minutes late without explanation or apology. I ordered without sauce – and what did I get? Sauce. Disappointing.

23/07/2025: It would have been a nice place, too, if only they'd decided to open at the advertised time. The summer hours posted on the door are from 5:30 PM. I waited with others for almost forty minutes, but nothing happened, closed and a waste of time. I don't think I'll go back because, given the professionalism of this fact, I imagine the same professionalism applies to everything else.

01/10/2025: My husband and I can fully agree with Mrs. Kirn's review. We visited Caffè Marilyn several times in September and were always greeted and served in a friendly and welcoming manner. It's a great place to stop for water, wine, beer and small snacks. Yes, the toilets are a problem, but what's the problem if you're not a guest and have to pay 1 euro and ask politely? The toilet is super clean and paper, soap and water all cost money. I don't understand the grumbling. We'll definitely stop by Marilyn's on our next vacation.

25/09/2025: We love Café Marilyn. Good coffee, good wines. The small snacks are also very tasty. I'd like to make a comment to those users who complain about the restroom. The café is NOT a public restroom. And there's only one on the first floor. If you're a guest, you can of course use the restroom. Otherwise, you'll have to pay one euro. That's not offensive. Try going into a shop across the street and asking to use the restroom. What would the owner say to you? Just today, Marilyn told us some anecdotes about the "restroom guests." It's pretty embarrassing what some "guests" will do to get to the restroom. And all for one euro. Just remember that cleanliness, paper towels, etc. also cost something!! The problem probably lies with the city, that the public restrooms aren't well-signposted. There are supposedly five of them.
