10/08/2025: An impulse purchase, as I'm a pine essence lover. This cream is nothing more than sweetened condensed milk; the mountain pine essence is completely invisible, neither to the smell nor to the taste. The packaging lists the website dolomiti-shop.it, but there's no mention of the product on the website. I don't question the quality of other products in the shop, but one thing that's quite disconcerting is the very high prices for products that are certainly unique, but can be found anywhere else at a lower price.

07/11/2025: The waiters were completely overwhelmed. It took ages for no one to come and take our order. My husband's pizza arrived before our drinks. I never got my food at all. The prices were outrageously high. The only nice thing about the place was the spot by the promenade.

07/11/2025: The drinks arrived shortly before I finished my pizza, but my wife's food never arrived at all. A real shame, because the restaurant's location was perfect.

11/11/2025: The poke and sushi in general are excellent. The problem is the rudeness of the current staff (there used to be a very kind, always smiling girl), who yells at the bill because you can't substitute two vegetables in the poke. Perhaps a polite explanation before putting it together would be much more professional. I'm a regular customer, but faced with such rudeness, I won't be returning; I'm sorry.

14/12/2025: A place near the city center. Nice atmosphere, but the bathroom isn't so great. Fast service. So-so food. Gnocchi with a strange aftertaste and full of cream. Canederli (dumplings) are nothing special. The meat is acceptable. Prices are high. A bottle of water costs €5.80, which is out of the question.

13/12/2025: Food was incredibly good and fresh. Cheese, cold cuts and Pizza were delicious. Very welcoming atmosphere.

08/11/2025: A vintage venue, surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful view, friendly owners, fast service, and generous dishes! You don't have to be overly pretentious, and you can enjoy the simplicity of a place run by a couple who have undoubtedly spent their entire lives here.

17/10/2025: A small restaurant right next to the top station of the chairlift. Everything is a bit vintage, but somehow still very cozy. From the garden, you have a beautiful panoramic view of Algund and all the way to Merano. The menu offers a good selection of food and drinks. I had a very tasty Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake with pancakes). The prices are reasonable. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The senior manager was a very pleasant conversationalist. The short break was worth it.

27/09/2025: I bought a slice of Schwarzplententorte (buckwheat flour and jam) and an apple strudel. I really liked the buckwheat cake, but the apple strudel wasn't.

08/08/2025: The cashier serving customers today at 4:50 pm was shocked by her unacceptable behavior. We asked her for sweet pretzels, and she gave us some that weren't fresh! Then we asked her to change them, but she refused and swore in German! When I told her, "We understand what you're saying and will file a complaint against you through Google Reviews," she hit the pastries on the counter in a very rude manner. We asked her name, and she refused and continued speaking German. She is over 50 years old, has short curly hair, and wears glasses. I hope the store manager gives her a warning for bad behavior with tourists! The cashier serving customers today was shocked by her unacceptable behavior. We asked her for sweet pretzels, and she gave us some that weren't fresh! Then we asked her to change them, but she refused and swore in German! When I told her, "We understand what you're saying and will file a complaint against you through Google Reviews," she slammed the pastries on the counter in a very vulgar manner. We asked her name and she refused, continuing to speak in German. She's over fifty, has short, curly hair, and wears glasses. I hope the store manager will reprimand her for her bad behavior with tourists.

31/10/2025: The usual Mac but keep in mind that in those parts the services close early and it could be a lifesaver. Be careful because you can't see it from the street and it's inside a shopping centre.

10/09/2025: Please stop offering Too Good To Go products in this way. Perhaps it's not clear that this isn't about selling off products that are now inedible, but about offering foods that, while still good, should be thrown away simply because they're unsold at the end of the day. I found myself with a dry, hard brioche with no filling, as well as two leavened products with cream (one chocolate and one green, I presume pistachio). Unfortunately, the creams were very sour, and I had to throw them all away. A word of advice: don't gamble with consumer trust or, more importantly, their health. Deteriorated creams and fillings can cause serious gastrointestinal problems.
