14/02/2026: Last Sunday, I was strolling around Merano with my partner when we stopped at this bar for a thick hot chocolate. We entered and sat at a table where the welcome was uncomfortable and the service terrible. We ordered a large and a small thick chocolate. The waitress replied that the thick ones are only large. So I ordered a thick one too. Well, there wasn't anything thick about it because it tasted like dirty water and the cocoa powder lingered in your mouth with an unpleasant aftertaste. The icing on the cake was when I politely went to the counter to ask for a glass of Mayor's water and the barista asked me: "Did you order a cafe?" I replied, "No, two hot chocolates." She replied that they only gave water to those who ordered a cafe; otherwise, it would be an extra burden for them if everyone asked for a glass of water! Well, I'd never heard of such a thing, and she started grumbling at me, and we decided to leave. When I paid, I gave her the €8 for the two chocolates and said, "I'll leave you €2 for the water I didn't drink because your colleague didn't serve it to me." I'll conclude by saying that I strongly advise against this place for anything, and that since I also work in a job where I provide customer service, the customer needs to be taken care of in every way, because they're the ones who pay us! 16/11/2025: Ordered coffee today... forgettable, very bitter and completely without crema... I don't call that coffee art. The service was very rude.

05/02/2026: A waterfall bar – how wonderful is that? That's something I'd love to go to! It's absolutely beautiful, and often you just need that little hunger-satisfying feeling, and the name of the place definitely plays a part. I especially like this one, and the drinks are fantastic – not just for the holiday photo album, but certainly everything is a treat for the palate and the eyes. A highlight of the day after a wonderful hike to the waterfall! I highly recommend it... Congratulations on your wonderful idea for your bar!

06/01/2026: The atmosphere is not bad, run by very friendly and well-organized young people. The food is good, prices are fair. Indoor and outdoor tables! I recommend it!

03/01/2026: Absolutely abysmal "service"! Avoid at all costs if possible! The waiters only offer a semblance of attention after repeated requests. Orders are taken listlessly and silently before the waiter leaves the table without a word. Glasses are only filled to two-thirds capacity, and I won't even begin to discuss the "quality" of the food! €17 for a board with a bit of ham, a few slices of salami and cheese, and a rock-hard pretzel is completely unacceptable. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a mountain hut. While the view is beautiful, it can't compensate for these disastrous conditions.

15/12/2025: I went for pizza with my family (I'd never done that before). The place was empty (and only now do I understand why). The pizzas were so hard they looked like Frisbees. Not crispy, just hard and unsightly. I strongly advise against it.

14/12/2025: Not even one star, so rude, especially the girl, no hospitality or good customer service, disappointing service and poor quality products they use, avoid and save money. We were still sitting down when these people started mopping and cleaning with toxic products that smell so bad, this is called rudeness.

22/12/2025: Loved the food and the vibe of the hütte, just wish the prices were a little lower.

21/12/2025: They served us after a table that had arrived after us, making us wait a good 45 minutes. The dishes arrived at different times (two of the six people ate after the others had already digested). Prices were higher than the average for the area, but above all, they were exorbitant for the quality of the food offered: we paid €20 for the Tyrolean rosticciata, which was presented to us as a plate of pork and potatoes, but unfortunately, only a plate of potatoes arrived (and not even a good one...). Water was more than €8 and bread more than €5 (by the way, we asked for more, which never arrived and they included it on the receipt... fortunately, the €11 for bread didn't go unnoticed; once we pointed it out, they removed it from the bill.) Overall, terrible, I strongly advise against it (especially given the quality of the food).

28/10/2025: Unfortunately, the pizzas delivered were extremely greasy; the entire box was soaked in oil after eating. I can't quite figure out why. Delivery took an hour, but they told me that on the phone, so it was all good. The delivery person was very friendly.

07/09/2025: I ordered 3 burger menus. They said it would take 30-40 minutes to arrive. It took almost 2 hours. The burgers were cold, the fries cold and soggy. The burgers were also very small, and the fries weren't very many. €11 was relatively expensive, even with a drink included. This has happened to us a few times now. If there were alternative delivery services in Lana, they wouldn't be able to afford it.

23/12/2025: Bad experience (in the restaurant), uninterested and unfriendly staff, you feel like you're being a nuisance. The food is good, but you can find better elsewhere for the same price. Not recommended.

07/12/2025: I'm sorry to note that the room was dirty, the mattress and pillow needed replacing, the shower didn't flush, and the toilet was brown at the bottom, all indicative of poor housekeeping. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was inexplicably served cold. The location was very central, but the price was so-so.

21/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to come here for a coffee break. The location is small but charming, and Maria is always kind and welcoming!

06/12/2025: 4 coffees for €7 and when you ask to go to the bathroom they tell you it's in Piazza Walter... Not even a receipt... Change jobs!!!!!!

22/10/2025: Zero stars, we were rudely asked to leave the table because we didn't want lunch. As for the food, based on our many years of experience with the bar, we can only agree with the 1-star review. At least the drinks are top-notch.

21/10/2025: I ate the pizza and it seemed like frozen pizza.
