20/09/2025: We've been regular guests at the Graziani for years, both in winter and briefly in summer. What can I say? We're coming to stay with our Graziani family! Staying in quaint (very clean) rooms, excellent food, and the entire staff are simply commendable and welcoming. The location and the panorama are simply unbeatable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

16/09/2025: Had a drink while walking. Fantastic view! Nice service. Cozy location.

18/12/2025: The goulash soup was very good!! My friend also said the farmer's platter was delicious. The service was impeccable!

08/12/2025: Fantastic location. The food was fairly average, especially considering the prices. We went for lunch over the December 8th long weekend, around 1:30 PM. They'd already sold out almost everything, and very few dishes were available. There were about ten of us, and we were served at different times. At those prices, you should at least offer better quality and more decent service.

22/12/2025: Good, but not great. The location would be convenient, unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't go to Saslong (400 meters) but to Dantercepis (4 km). The dinner menu has no options. The pool is outdoors and accessible by stairs. If it's cold, it's not very appealing.

19/12/2025: The bidet is missing; this should be reported. Water is €5 per liter in the evening at the restaurant.

29/11/2025: A truly disastrous experience from start to finish. We sat down and waited 40 minutes just to order, despite stopping the waiters three times. The place wasn't even full, so there's no justification for such a wait. The appetizer arrived without cutlery, napkins, water, or wine. When they finally brought the wine, they even opened the wrong bottle. After another 20 minutes, seeing that our dishes hadn't arrived, we inquired: they'd completely forgotten about them, and we were even asked if we still wanted to eat them. A level of organization that to call sloppy is a compliment. The trout was cold and of terrible quality, truly unacceptable. We paid €5 for a 750ml bottle of water... thieves. The bill, then, was incredibly high considering the nonexistent service and disappointing dishes. The staff demonstrated unparalleled incompetence, from welcoming us to managing the table. You come on vacation to relax and eat well, and instead you end up having such a frustrating experience. It's truly a shame. We'll never return.

20/10/2025: A superb location with stunningly spectacular views - well worth the long zig zag walk from the road below - or you can take the ski lift in 12 minutes! This is such an incredibly wonderful, clean and welcoming venue. Excellent menu which changes on a regular basis - all of it magnificent and reasonably priced when considering the location. The fabulous goulash soup was a meal in itself and the venison was simply delicious and perfectly cooked. Superb service from very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

24/01/2026: A restaurant with both a restaurant and self-service options. The food is very good and plentiful, and the prices are reasonable for the quantity and location. The interior is very quaint and well-maintained.

23/01/2026: Excellent refreshment area on the slopes. We walked there from the lifts without any problems. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. There's always a good turnover, so you only have to wait a few minutes to find a table. The refreshment area is like a canteen, and there's also a bar that also serves some desserts.

12/12/2025: Generous portions, excellent local food, top-notch service, super-fair prices.

13/11/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara turned out to be spaghetti with cream and cooked bacon. This dish should definitely not be advertised as carbonara. The wild boar pasta was also carelessly prepared and tasteless. The service was attentive, and the owner didn't charge me for my spaghetti, which I found very accommodating.

07/01/2026: The only waiter there works miracles

03/01/2026: Three-star hotel, strategically located on the outskirts of Castelrotto. A 15-minute walk from the center. We ate excellently, and the rooms were spotless and simple. The only downside is the carpeting in the common areas, which is worn and in need of replacement. It's a real shame because you notice it as soon as you enter the hotel. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly.

07/01/2026: Place is legit, excellent selection of Meats, Cheese and Wine. Wine selection was pretty deep and the folks working their knowledgeable.

15/02/2026: After waiting 30 minutes to order, we left. We even asked at the counter how to order, since we were sitting outside, but they told us to wait at the table. PS: They spoke German, so they weren't racist as some comments suggest, but simply incapable of managing the place... Incredibly incompetent.

30/01/2026: We just drank coffee and read the newspaper and felt very comfortable! We'll be back!

11/12/2025: I had gluten-free pasta, which was really good. The atmosphere was welcoming.

04/01/2026: Long waits and mostly tasteless food. Unforgivable: we ordered pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and the pappardelle arrived (completely plain, with no sauce to bind it, it tasted like they'd been rinsed under running water) with honey mushrooms. When we pointed this out, we were told there were no porcini mushrooms and that the price would be the same. Unacceptable, in my opinion. We were offered a different dish (at the restaurant owner's expense, of course), and we swapped for a speck and apple risotto and ricotta and spinach ravioli tossed in melted butter (no butter at all; this also tasted like water), both inedible. We only ate them because we were starving. Last but not least, one of our guests ordered gnocchi with cheese and truffle, but it was actually truffle oil, another ingredient not specified on the menu nor mentioned when ordering.

02/01/2026: The waitress's service was always impeccable. Unfortunately, we weren't able to finish dinner because the chef refused to cook dessert despite our table reservation and dinner starting at 8:30 PM. They only brought us cold strudel straight from the refrigerator, without even reheating it. The chef was evidently in a hurry to close the kitchen, unconcerned about the guests still present and the restaurant being full. Some dishes couldn't be ordered because they had run out during the previous shift. Fortunately, the waitress's kindness made our disappointments sweeter. She's always top notch.

20/10/2025: The dumplings (mushrooms, cheese, spinach, so vegetarian?) were served on a coleslaw. Unfortunately, it was a bacon coleslaw, which wasn't clear on the menu. It should have been described better. The Schlutzkrapfen were unfortunately not as tasty as they were a year ago...

11/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful place with great wine and friendly service! 🍷 The Kastelaz cellar is beautifully situated among the vineyards – the view is simply fantastic! 🌿 The staff is super friendly and the wine is truly excellent. The only small drawback: parking is a bit difficult, so you might have to park a bit further away and walk a bit. But the trip is worth it – if only for the view and the atmosphere. 🌞
