28/02/2026: I asked if they had strudel and they said "out of stock." I'd seen another product in the window that interested me. When I asked what it was, I was curtly told it was "brioche." I asked for a piece and was curtly told "all or half." I took half. I don't even remember if they greeted me at the entrance or at the exit. I don't think I'll order anything else. The brioche was average in both taste and price.

09/12/2025: I recommend the back view of this hotel because it overlooks the river. At night, you can hear the sound of the water. The breakfast was healthy, very generous, and delicious. My only complaint was that the room was a little cold for my taste. But I was very comfortable under the duvet. Otherwise, it was clean, spacious, and welcoming.

05/10/2025: Our stay at this property was truly enjoyable. It's a wonderful hotel, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Perfect if you're looking for relaxation and tranquility. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely be back!

12/04/2026: We visited this pizzeria at lunchtime and ordered pizzas. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was average. Unfortunately, we weren't entirely satisfied with the quality of the pizza: the dough was undercooked, and overall it was just decent. I would recommend improving the cooking process to offer a more refined product.

Despite a small language barrier, the staff was very friendly and personable. Anyone traveling in the area should definitely stop here! 01/03/2026: Position is very good and the room are clean, even if overpriced, but it’s crazy that an hotel on the slopes don’t have a luggage deposit service, they told me that they couldn’t keep my luggage for my last day of ski and also they ask me to free the parking spot, so basically I had to find a new park and leave all my luggage on the street, even my computer. That’s a poor service and for sure Not a service aligned with the price of the room.

12/02/2026: Conveniently located guesthouse in the center of Corvara, right between the Boé lift and the Col Alto lift. Both lifts are within walking distance. From the Col Alto, you can even ski back to the guesthouse (across the street). Both lifts provide access to the Sella Ronda. Corvara is also an excellent starting point for other hikes. Friendly owners. A cheerful welcome at breakfast every morning at 7:30 am. The breakfast was excellent, by the way. There was a wide selection. Egg dishes were made to order every morning, so there was plenty of variety. Cakes, biscuits, and sweet croissants were also available. Parking was available in a spacious parking space in a covered parking garage. The (standard) room was basic, unfortunately without a balcony. The room wasn't oversized, and the space around the bed was actually limited. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The bathroom was a bit dated (1970s). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is located on a main road and near the church. It snowed twice overnight, and then they cleared the snow very early in the morning. The beeping of the snowplows when reversing was particularly annoying. And if the snowplows didn't wake you up, you were woken every day at 7:00 a.m. by the very loud church bells. Street noise was also clearly audible, so light sleepers should be aware of this. We turned this necessity into a virtue by having breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning, allowing us to start skiing at 8:30 a.m. The ski launch was in the ski room. Very small and cramped. With four people, it was already full. A plus was the boot heater. Even when it was hot, it was wonderful to slip into warm ski boots. We found the price-quality ratio of this guesthouse to be excellent. Our rating for this guesthouse is 4.5.

26/03/2026: I stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the road, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The only downside was the sound of the large bell ringing from the nearby cathedral, but other than that, everything was great.

13/01/2026: I spent Christmas and New Year's Eve at the Schennerhof with friends this year. It was a wonderful time, especially with the holiday menus and the six-course New Year's Eve dinner – both were first-class. After midnight, the hotel put on a beautiful fireworks display, followed by a small dance party. The rooms, pool, and location in town were excellent. The weather was fantastic – nothing but sunshine. We will definitely come back.

08/04/2026: A very nice and cozy restaurant. Local, away from the tourist crowds. The owner is very charming. You feel warmly welcomed. The mixed salad was very fresh and large. 20/11/2025: Delicious pizza. Ready in 3 minutes for takeout or dine-in. Snacks and coffee are also delicious.

13/11/2025: COLD MARGHERITA PIZZA!!! I ordered a margherita pizza thinking it was the usual good frozen pizza they sell in supermarkets. But not even that, the pizza came out practically cold. I don't recommend it for people with sensitive stomachs.

26/06/2026: Delivery cost €3. The delivery driver arrived and got out of his car. By the time he got to the trunk, two minutes had already passed. Food: The chicken nuggets were bad. They had a strange smell and were inedible. The fries were soggy and had no bite. The doner kebab was greasy. It was the only thing that was halfway decent. There was way too much meat, hardly any vegetables, and so much hot sauce on the bottom that you had to throw it away. So, no thanks. P.S. €40 isn't exactly cheap.

21/12/2025: In a part of Bolzano that experienced unregulated urban development in the 1950s and 1960s, an Art Nouveau building was spared. Its ground floor, formerly a bar and then a pub, has been converted into this intimate, well-appointed, and quiet restaurant. The food is good, and when I visited, it leaned toward traditional Roman cuisine. The service is provided by a mature couple, whose demeanor reflects extensive experience in the sector, but perhaps also a lackluster enthusiasm.

12/04/2026: IT'S NOT AN ALL YOU CAN EAT. That said, I think the few negative reviews don't reflect reality at all: the place is always packed both at lunch and dinner, so there must be a reason. The food is good and fresh. The owner is very friendly, but the staff is a little less cheerful. If you're not in a hurry, you'll appreciate it more. I recommend it.
