15/02/2026: It's a shame that the lovely walk was ruined by the terrible welcome. There are four of us and we're waiting our turn. We take the only free table near the restroom, the kitchen, and the refrigerated counter (which seems closed), so I sit right in the chair with the cabinet behind it. The plates and salad arrive shortly thereafter, but the waitress quickly takes away the oil and vinegar, and we hadn't even added any dressing to the salad! We had it brought back by asking another waiter. But while I'm eating... The chair is constantly being moved and the waiters are leaning on me as they take desserts and bottles from the refrigerated counter, which wasn't closed! As if that weren't enough, the last time the waiter pushes my chair with his leg without a word, as if it were my fault! We immediately get up, pay quickly, and leave.

08/02/2026: We have been to this place several times, which is well worth it for its location and playground, but unfortunately, time and again, the staff is so unfriendly, but so unfriendly that we can really feel bad about it. The problem is that we will return because there are few alternatives, and the managers know it.

Despite a small language barrier, the staff was very friendly and personable. Anyone traveling in the area should definitely stop here! 21/12/2025: In a part of Bolzano that experienced unregulated urban development in the 1950s and 1960s, an Art Nouveau building was spared. Its ground floor, formerly a bar and then a pub, has been converted into this intimate, well-appointed, and quiet restaurant. The food is good, and when I visited, it leaned toward traditional Roman cuisine. The service is provided by a mature couple, whose demeanor reflects extensive experience in the sector, but perhaps also a lackluster enthusiasm.

10/10/2025: We arrived here by chance in our RV because Brixen was completely full of parked cars. They allowed us to park our vehicle in the courtyard and stay there even after we'd had a coffee and eaten a truly delicious buchetta. We wanted to do some shopping and take a short hike. A nice gesture that certainly reflects the hotel's philosophy.

25/09/2025: Good food with a wide variety of burgers, including vegan! Friendly staff and fast service. The interior isn't very large, but there's plenty of seating. Outdoor seating is protected from the sun or rain. There's also convenient parking in front.

29/03/2026: A great bakery for a quick bite without breaking the bank. I found the bresaola sandwich to be remarkably good. The bread is crispy and the flavor combination is excellent. The view of the bell tower is also a treat.

13/11/2025: COLD MARGHERITA PIZZA!!! I ordered a margherita pizza thinking it was the usual good frozen pizza they sell in supermarkets. But not even that, the pizza came out practically cold. I don't recommend it for people with sensitive stomachs.
