29/11/2025: A truly disastrous experience from start to finish. We sat down and waited 40 minutes just to order, despite stopping the waiters three times. The place wasn't even full, so there's no justification for such a wait. The appetizer arrived without cutlery, napkins, water, or wine. When they finally brought the wine, they even opened the wrong bottle. After another 20 minutes, seeing that our dishes hadn't arrived, we inquired: they'd completely forgotten about them, and we were even asked if we still wanted to eat them. A level of organization that to call sloppy is a compliment. The trout was cold and of terrible quality, truly unacceptable. We paid €5 for a 750ml bottle of water... thieves. The bill, then, was incredibly high considering the nonexistent service and disappointing dishes. The staff demonstrated unparalleled incompetence, from welcoming us to managing the table. You come on vacation to relax and eat well, and instead you end up having such a frustrating experience. It's truly a shame. We'll never return.

20/10/2025: A superb location with stunningly spectacular views - well worth the long zig zag walk from the road below - or you can take the ski lift in 12 minutes! This is such an incredibly wonderful, clean and welcoming venue. Excellent menu which changes on a regular basis - all of it magnificent and reasonably priced when considering the location. The fabulous goulash soup was a meal in itself and the venison was simply delicious and perfectly cooked. Superb service from very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

28/10/2025: The food was okay and the location was nice. Unfortunately, the impression was spoiled by the service and atmosphere. The person who served us was friendly at first, but when she realized that we didn't speak German fluently, she became quite rude. When asked if she knew English, she just said "no" and left, which was a bit awkward. She served us later, but without making any effort to communicate. Also, there were a lot of flies in the interior of the restaurant, which was not very pleasant. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the overall impression was not the best.

23/11/2025: Friendly staff and a variety of products. Recommended for a quick snack. Close to Piazza Duomo. The schiacciata di patate is highly recommended.

28/09/2025: Great selection at reasonable prices. Large pancakes/Berliner/Krapfen!! Pretzel €3.50, filled pretzel €3.50 No restroom!! Recommendation: Hazelnut Florentine (€3.10) and apple strudel!!!

28/12/2025: I went for pizza with friends on December 27th and found the place cold (inside temperature) with a draft due to the doors being left open. The pizzas got cold quickly and weren't great. The staff was annoyed after we refused to ask if we wanted anything else. We didn't even have time to get up before they came to clean the table while we were putting on our jackets.

05/03/2026: A lovely place to immerse yourself in a rustic, typical Puster Valley atmosphere. Beyond appearances, I can't recommend this place very much. The prices are extremely high for what's on offer, or rather, for the quality of the dishes. A cold cuts platter for two was €26 (perhaps the only thing worth ordering, thanks to the local produce), tagliatelle with game was nothing special (with a supermarket-bought sauce, it could have been even better), and the pork shank was stringy and not one of the best I've ever tasted (cold side dishes were already served). Dinner with an appetizer shared between four and a main course each plus beer (no dessert or coffee) was €140. Draw your own conclusions. I can tell you, from my experience, that I wouldn't go back. You can find better.

22/12/2025: Good, but not great. The location would be convenient, unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't go to Saslong (400 meters) but to Dantercepis (4 km). The dinner menu has no options. The pool is outdoors and accessible by stairs. If it's cold, it's not very appealing.

19/12/2025: The bidet is missing; this should be reported. Water is €5 per liter in the evening at the restaurant.

12/12/2025: A very cozy restaurant with lots of local and, above all, homemade food. The service was very friendly and very prompt. I can only confirm all of this after my second visit. The Bäckli (baked dumplings) were very good and very tender. The dumplings were prepared with lots of love. The coleslaw with bacon is also highly recommended. And the homemade apple strudel was amazing.

04/10/2025: We ate there twice during our week-long vacation and were extremely satisfied. We had reserved a table. The food was delicious. The service was very attentive and prompt. Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: Great location in Colfosco, rooms with balconies and unobstructed views of the mountains, a good starting point for hikes or a visit to the climbing park, excellent food, excellent breakfast, very friendly hosts, dogs are welcome. We'd love to come back...

05/01/2026: The baked goods are very good, as are the pastries. The strudel is delicious. The service is a bit chaotic, but that may have been because the place was so busy. Definitely worth a try.

17/11/2025: I've been to Vis-à-Vis by Pardeller twice, both in the bakery and the food section, and each time was an exceptional confirmation. The croissants are truly exquisite, fragrant, and made with great care. The bread is simply extraordinary: fragrant, crunchy, and of superior quality. A place where tradition meets authentic goodness. Highly recommended!

13/11/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara turned out to be spaghetti with cream and cooked bacon. This dish should definitely not be advertised as carbonara. The wild boar pasta was also carelessly prepared and tasteless. The service was attentive, and the owner didn't charge me for my spaghetti, which I found very accommodating.
