05/09/2025: Since we discovered your products, from Sicilian pastries to breakfast and ice cream, there's been nothing left for anyone... truly, many compliments! We'd just like to point out that the last two times we bought the superb cream croissants, they seemed smaller and weren't filled as usual. The last few even broke. We hope these are just isolated incidents, because you've spoiled us well, and we'd like to continue to do so! Thanks anyway!

13/09/2025: The apple strudel with vanilla sauce was delicious. The ambiance is very old-fashioned.

09/09/2025: Bar with excellent service. Extensive menu. Excellent ice cream sundaes. Rating confirmed in September 2025. Also excellent are the toasts, cakes, and hot chocolate.

03/10/2025: It was a delicious lunch. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious! The freshly baked pretzels, not pictured, were really tasty.

21/09/2025: We dined at this restaurant two nights during our week-long stay in the beautiful Ortisei and were completely satisfied both evenings with the excellently cooked, top-quality dishes, the perfect wine pairing recommended, the intimate and characteristic setting, and, above all, the exquisite welcome from the very kind owner and all the young and friendly staff...see you on our next stay!

06/10/2025: 20251006 Wonderful hike from the Taser mountain station with a gentle climb. Lovely outdoor area with a view. Friendly service and fair prices. The fried potatoes were very good. We'd love to come back.

11/07/2025: A superb hut with charm 😍 We were there on Wednesday for a music brunch - simply fantastic. The staff and host family were very friendly, despite the financial audit (of course, it has to be on a day like this 😡).

15/07/2025: Extremely disappointing food experience. The food tries to be sophisticated and unique, but unfortunately, the taste is so poor that it’s nearly inedible. It's really upsetting, especially considering that hotel guests don’t have other dining options on-site. To find alternative restaurants, you have to leave the property via funicular, which is inconvenient.

24/09/2025: I go to Stofner at least once a week because I love being able to choose what I want while window shopping. I think the sweet and savory items are excellent, and the coffee is good. Almost all the staff are kind, professional, and cheerful. I'm only giving it 4 stars because there's an "almost," which always irritates my kindness🤷🏼‍♀️.

28/08/2025: A very beautiful hotel with an amazing location. The staff is very cooperative. For those visiting the northern cities, you can see from this location that the farthest thing is San Candido, maybe two hours away. The rest is close. I strongly recommend it.

29/09/2025: Cozy atmosphere, but due to the time of day, we only had the small menu. The pizza is not recommended. The dough tasted sweet and wasn't cooked properly, with some of the dough being raw. My wife had a Spezi, which was inedible. Service was good, but unfortunately, we realized too late that we had been deducted from the bill. Apparently, it was €18 for a beer and a Spezi.

06/10/2025: Very rude owners. When we entered, they didn't say hello, and when we paid again, they didn't say hello even though the pizzeria was practically empty. The lady just looked at us without making a move. It's a shame because the pizzerias weren't that bad.

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.

04/10/2025: The restaurant looks like a sewer, the service is terrible and slow, the food seems like something out of a horror movie... I wouldn't recommend this place for anything in the world... by the way, the tablecloth is passed from one customer to another.

24/09/2025: Authentic Chinese cuisine prepared with passion by a Hong Kong-born owner. The siu mai are the best in South Tyrol—fragrant, juicy, and unforgettable. The menu is varied and carefully curated, with dishes that convey true Chinese culinary tradition. Fast and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere: a must-visit for lovers of authentic Chinese cuisine. All at very reasonable prices.

14/11/2025: Fantastic location, a fairytale castle. We had a wonderful time, thanks also to the help of Michela at the reception, who is always available and extremely kind. We don't understand how there can be eternally dissatisfied people who write about everything and expect the services of a Dubai hotel from a 3-star hotel. We will definitely be back. 29/09/2025: My girlfriend and I unfortunately only stayed one night in your cozy Ortlerblick suite on our return trip from Milan. We were overwhelmed by the beautiful 180-degree view of the Alps from our balcony and our accommodation. Our suite was very modern and absolutely clean. The Illmer family owns a very well-maintained, comfortable, and tastefully furnished property, which they make available to their guests along with friendly and courteous staff. Not only the very friendly hotelier, but also the service team took great care of our well-being. The 5-course dinner menu was exceptionally varied, a feast for the eyes, and very digestible. For a vegetarian like me, there was a huge selection of delicacies. The service came to our table regularly and discreetly to provide us with the best culinary delights. The selection of drinks, both at dinner and breakfast, left nothing to be desired. The breakfast offerings were very extensive. There were a variety of fresh juices, fruit, rolls, bread, cheeses, etc. We are very sorry we only booked for one night. Next time, we will definitely stay longer to have more time for the luxurious wellness area. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her massage in the afternoon. The masseuse was very competent and pleasantly warm. We wish the Illmer family all the best and thank you for the enchanting stay. Mrs. Wessel & Mrs. Wolf
