03/03/2024: This spot is so great! They offer such an amazing selection of artisinal pastry. If you are in the zone, it is most definitely worth a trip. Sfogliatelle, puff pastry, almond cookies, coconut pastry and the best cafe macchiato ever. Service is top notch, very friendly. Just make sure they are open when you visit.. Go here! 😊

The menu is typically Piedmontese with a hint of modernity, although simple the dishes have drive and character, I didn't think I would be so impressed. I go back to saying really recommended.

16/03/2024: An ancient bakery that is worth a visit to Turin alone! Very tasty and substantial focaccia at reasonable prices. Very kind staff who assisted us in an incomparable way when we informed them of a rare allergy to chilli pepper. I have read newspaper articles that have further increased the esteem for them given that they have always focused on providing an affordable and quality service to the community, which includes donating leftovers after 7.30pm to those in need. Like many others, I discovered the place thanks to Franchino's excellent review on YouTube. Others would have increased, even doubled their prices after all this publicity, but not them! The normal consequence is that some products go away very quickly, but even if you only find the simplest focaccia or the red one, you're fine! One of the obligatory stops when I return to Turin.

The choice is reduced to 5. At Kensho, for example, they prepare the sushi for me in my presence. At Shizen they have excellent char and excellently composed dishes, smoked salmon and others. from koi there is excellent wagyu and excellent carabineros and mazzara del vallo prawns. None of these choices from her. From a sashimi I expect scallops, red prawns, del toro (which you surely know what it is), carabineros prawns, and a variety of dishes that are not limited to the usual 8 pieces of classic all-you-can-eat sushi that has put the a la carte prices so much for. This seemed like where I ended up yesterday. Plus everything was frozen. Furthermore, where I go the customers will probably eat junk, maybe they can spend, but the tables are full. But maybe yesterday it was full at her place but I don't remember it. Absolutely perfect for a romantic dinner, but also with friends and relatives (as long as you don't make too much noise), also because it is very elegant... The service is excellent, polite, practiced by people who are experts on wines and how to pair them. The food is divine, internal parking! In short, it is absolutely perfect. The prices are fair in my opinion for such a place. We will definitely be back!

Piatti molto buoni, dagli antipasti al dolce. Consiglio in particolare l’antipasto a base di lumache, il cervo, la trota ed lo zabaione. Non economico, ma merita. Da ritornare.
