Honestly, the best pizza you'll find in the valley, even rivaling many pizzerias in Turin. The place is rustic, just the way I like it, with extremely friendly and professional staff. You can't go wrong here.

A place where tranquility and good food blend perfectly. The pizza is delicious. You won't find better anywhere else. The cartwheel pizza is fabulous. Exceptional beers and magnificent polenta. As far as I'm in Oulx, it's a must-visit. Friendly owners and waiters. The best in Oulx for those looking for a family atmosphere and excellent food.

A good menu, both pizza and other dishes. The owners and waiters were extremely efficient and kind, both during the reservation and during the dinner, and were also very flexible when two of us requested changes to their dishes. I've been eating at this restaurant for forty years under different management and have always been reasonably satisfied, but I think this was the most satisfying visit.

Neapolitan pizza isn't just a dish, but a true art recognized worldwide. It originated in the alleys of Naples between the 18th and 19th centuries, when the common people prepared simple, soft, and fragrant focaccias, quickly baked in wood-fired ovens. Over time, it became a symbol of Italy as a whole, famous for its soft dough, its high, light crust, and the perfect balance between authentic ingredients and simplicity.
