If there's a place where Piedmontese tradition meets authentic quality, it's Bar Gianduia, run with passion by Ivan.
I've tasted the assorted gianduiotti, and they're truly excellent: high-quality ingredients, a perfect balance of cocoa and hazelnut, a soft and velvety texture with a slow, pleasant melting on the palate. The flavor is rounded, never overly sweet, with well-defined toasted notes.
But what really makes the difference is the welcome: Ivan is warm, professional, and knows how to put customers at ease. And as we know, hospitality is everything.

An absolute gem in Torino! From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed. The staff speaks perfect English and are genuinely kind and attentive. The hot chocolate—both the classic and the fondente—is beyond delicious… truly unforgettable.
We felt like this place deserves way more than 5 stars. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in Torino!
