For lunch here today, we had a typical dish from these valleys, called Ganefla, giant potato gnocchi topped with a ton of toma and gorgonzola... what can I say, superb!
And then the desserts were truly excellent and beautifully presented.
I recommend walking there; there's a lovely walk from the center of Sauze d'Oulx that takes you there in about 35-40 minutes.
We ate on the terrace overlooking the mountains, and the staff was friendly, kind, and attentive.

Our favorite place. As always, Grange Tachier never disappoints. Impeccable service, everyone is exceptional. They also have a gluten-free menu, from appetizers to dessert, where the hazelnut cake paired with an amazing zabaglione deserves a special mention!

Quality food, plentiful and traditional. The wait times are reasonable, the presentation is good (except for the coffee), the waiters are friendly, and the location is right on the promenade. Prices are just above average. There are wooden tables outside (not upscale). The interior is typical.
