Wonderful restaurant with very good food made from regional ingredients. Incredibly friendly service and a large selection of wines. Can highly recommend this restaurant.

After a walk in the snow, we ate some truly delicious traditional dishes: white ganefla and tartouflette with an excellent homemade dessert. Everything was simple, authentic, and very tasty. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff friendly. We felt right at home. A truly pleasant experience, one we'll repeat this summer.

Incredible service by the wait staff and amazing sommelier. Delicious rustic mountain food, cosy wood interior, juicy wines. Prompt taxi and snow bus shuttle. Made our stay in Sauze D'Oulx highly recommend! Text the number on whatsapp to book. Order the Ganefla and veal cheek alongside DOCG wine!!!

Just a short walk from Sauze, an accessible walk lasting less than an hour takes you to a hamlet of mountain huts, including Tachier, where the food and ambiance are truly delightful. I chose to celebrate my birthday in January, and we reached the restaurant by moonlight on the white, compact snow. It was a wonderful experience, but there's also a snowmobile taxi service available for those who don't want to walk. Either way, it's a wonderful adventure. The recently renovated restaurant exceeds expectations, both in terms of ambiance and food. I recommend trying the ghinefle, a signature dish of Tachier for many years. Fast service, young, knowledgeable, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon.

11/03/2026: Yesterday was my first truly unique experience! The place was very unique and warm; the staff was young, highly competent, and very friendly, without being intrusive; the food was sublime: all the dishes were unique, meticulously prepared and presented. Kudos to the chef, who was truly creative, and to the staff who described each course to us with kindness and expertise. We also received excellent recommendations for the wine, which was excellent, as were the desserts. If I may make a small criticism: the music (though pleasant) was a bit too loud, at least for my taste! Congratulations to everyone! I highly recommend this experience.
17/02/2026: Amazing experience, I can't wait to go back! Gnocchi with butter and gold, pigeon, and tuna cooked in ham fat with caviar were my top dishes. Also a mention for the sbrisolona in the dessert festival.

12/05/2026: We found this place purely by chance and I must say that it was a very pleasant discovery, both for the good food, we ate an excellent paella and a cheesecake revisited by the chef but above all also for the friendliness, kindness and hospitality of the staff, especially the great owner, you are fantastic Michele, see you next time💪🏼🙏🏻
10/05/2026: Nice place, friendly staff. Good paella and delicious tapas. The cheesecake was truly amazing. A bit pricey, around €45/50 each for what we ordered. And the only flaw was that we ate really late, but that can happen.
