In my experience one of the best restaurants in this region. All local ingrediënts, cooked with love. Our waiter, Marco, gave good advices concerning the wines. Pricelevel is normal, foodquality is very high. To get there, the transfer with the skidoo, is a beautiful part of the experience.

My wife and I have been coming to Jouvenceaux for the past 17 years for our annual ski holiday. Since Max opened Rifugio Grange Tachier we choose to dine there one evening each time we visit. The restaurant offers authentic regional dishes and is simply the best one we have eaten in, in this area. The flavours and the selection of food is amazing and the portions huge. This is a must if you are in the area. The owner Max can arrange a Ski-doo trip to get you to the restaurant if you are here during winter. A great way to arrive as well as being a lot of fun. Looking forward to visiting next year again.

Last but not least, when going for dinner, you will be picked up and brought back by snowmobile, an experience in itself.

An early stopover on my morningwalk brings me to this place. The very good coffee, the terrace with splendid view on mount Chamberton and the nice weather asks for a second coffee. This brings a nice conversation with one of the owners-Marco. I complement him on his impressive offer of Italian wines. He responds that I should try one of the bottles with one of their typical Piedmontese homemade meals. We make a reservation for the next evening. It is a nice walk of 2,5km through the woods on a fairly easy path with an open air museum of wood sculptures. When we arrive the place is packed but the team manages very well and offer great explanation, recommendation of meals and wines. It is a true delight to eat here and be served as guests should be treated. The dishes are all homemade, fresh and made with high quality ingredients accompanied by a nice Red wine . We have Batuta Piedmontese as 1st course, pasta with ragout of wild boar and homemade desserts and leave with a smile, a full tummy and a bill of 220€ for 4persons. Not cheap but worth every cent of it. Make sure you call in advance as the place is packed despite its remote location. Dogs are allowed

A nice mountain restaurant. Yes it arrives in about 30 minutes on foot from the ski slope car park. Good food and friendly staff.

Excellent place immersed in the greenery of nature they will pick you up with a jeep if there is no snow if there is snow with a motorbike sled, excellent cuisine, professional staff

Semplicemente il posto perfetto dove mangiare bene, bere bene, stare BENE, sempre! ....ma non ditelo troppo in giro se no poi non c'è posto.....😅

Grange Tachier è uno dei punti di riferimento della ristorazione in quota in Alta Valle di Susa. I piatti ispirati alla cucina tradizionale di montagna sono davvero unici e l’accoglienza e il servizio trasformano ogni pranzo o cena in un’esperienza unica. Assolutamente da provare!

Molto buono perché non siamo riusciti a trovare posto all'interno. In effetti sarebbe Bene prenotare. Ci hanno sistemati all'aperto con coperta e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Polenta concia e un cajette stupendo primo locale. Quindi tutto buono. Una passeggiata di ritorno a sauze di mezz'ora e sei a casa. Complimenti

Un posto magico, dopo una camminata di 30’ (molto agevole) siamo arrivati in questo piccolo rifugio immerso nel bosco. Personale squisito e cibo di altissimo livello! Prezzo medio basso rispetto soprattutto alla qualità. Assolutamente da provare!
