28/01/2026: The pizza I had was very good; the 5-grain dough was crispy and light. I asked for a pizza off the menu, and they had no problem making it. The staff is courteous and helpful, never intrusive but always present at the right time. The quality/price ratio is good.

27/12/2025: The taste was really good, really. But the quantity was really too small: the two of us weren't satisfied. It would be nice to be able to choose between a large and small portion, or to be able to add just a little more pasta. Because we really weren't satisfied. 两个人真的都没有….吃饱…..汤是好喝的！

13/02/2026: The maître d's service was deplorable. Rude, impatient, and incredibly rude, he left our table twice without providing any service, simply because we asked for our meat "well-done" and disagreed with how it was cooked. The place is beautiful, the food is good, but the service was awful. It was a terrible experience; I didn't enjoy my evening at all. He was rushed and had little regard for the staff.

10/02/2026: A traditional Piedmontese restaurant, popular with tourists as well, offering reasonably priced set menus, some seasonal options, and a few typically Piedmontese dishes, though prepared fairly well. We had lunch with a pleasantly high-quality tartare (a tartare steak) and a good plate of veal morsels with grilled polenta, accompanied by good bread, two glasses of red wine (a decent Grignolino), and two coffees at the bar for a total of €43 for two. I'd say it's acceptable, about average for similar establishments. The service is courteous and friendly, but they tend to rush the tables, and unfortunately, long waits are frequent (which is why we decided against ordering dessert). We'll try it again, perhaps for dinner in a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. (Reservations recommended.) In summary: Ambience (8): Characteristic with a nice atmosphere, but not intimate because it's often chaotically crowded (at least at lunchtime) Food quality (8): Good and simple cuisine Quantity of food (7): Averagely balanced portions Food presentation (6): Basic Waiting times (3): Excessively long (even though the place is often full) Service (8): Courteous and friendly staff Cleanliness (6): Could be better (especially in the bathrooms... but it also depends on the customers...) Menu (7): Traditional Piedmontese dishes, averagely well-cooked Price (8): Among the downtown restaurants with a selection of dishes (and set menus) among the cheapest Parking (5): Not easy, but doable for a fee (we were on foot and I recommend doing the same) in the area

07/01/2026: Authentic and very pleasant place. ONE SORRY - truly terrible: To reserve a table for lunch (4 adults and 4 children), we were forced to block a €200 deposit on our credit card via a link sent on WhatsApp. Cancellation was possible up to 48 hours in advance, after which we would have lost the entire amount if we didn't make use of the reservation or were more than 15 minutes late (this was accepted only because we would be arriving at the restaurant's hamlet with small children after an hour's walk, so we needed to be sure of a place to stop, and there was no alternative in the hamlet of Tachier). Otherwise: the place - food - waiters - were all good, as we've experienced in the past in different seasons.

18/12/2025: It was one of the places I always liked to go, but I didn't have a good experience. The food is really poor and the prices are high for what you get. We left hungry. The waitress was very cold (the lady with glasses), always angry and not friendly! The atmosphere was too serious. I wouldn't recommend it!

18/12/2025: Excellent traditional Piedmontese food, but also with more modern twists. Excellent veal with tuna sauce and pappardelle with hare. High prices and small portions, but the quality is undeniable. The atmosphere is very refined and elegant.

08/02/2026: This hidden gem in the hills of Pino offers a fantastic opportunity for authentic local cuisine. I return to Torino often and I make it always a priority to come to this restaurant. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent and the place is unique. It is a must go for anyone and everyone!

18/01/2026: I was looking for a place that served traditional Piedmontese cuisine, and the Salettas guaranteed taste, quality, and courtesy. Grandma's agnolotti and bonet were incredible.

For our main course, we had stewed rabbit and a delicious egg in tomato sauce; we were very satisfied. Reasonable prices, recommended.

23/12/2025: A truly great Argentine restaurant. A real surprise in the heart of Turin. The combination of grilled meats and home-style cooking is fantastic, and the owners are very kind. An open charcoal grill using real wood, where you can see the smoke but without any lingering odors. The food portions are generous and of good quality, with honest prices. I recommend everyone try the full set menu
