06/04/2024: Excellent fish dinner. Each course was full of imagination, taste and explained in detail. Qualified staff, excellent service, we left satisfied. I advise.

31/03/2024: Per il Pranzo di Pasqua in famiglia, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante. Di solito non sono avvezzo a lasciare recensioni dopo la prima visita, ma in questo caso l’eccezione è doverosa. Iniziamo con il dire che il locale è arredato in modo semplice, non è enorme, ma i tavoli sono ben distanziati fra loro, per cui gli spazi di manovra sia dei commensali sia dello staff, sono garantiti. Servizi igienici puliti e cucina a vista, sono un valido biglietto da visita. Luca, il proprietario, è una persona simpatica, che entra subito in sintonia con i commensali, pochi fronzoli, diretto, soprattutto nella spiegazione dei piatti e degli ingredienti utilizzati nella preparazione. Ottima la materia prima, ben cucinata, servizio veloce e camerieri gentili. Il vino scelto da noi è stato quello della casa, un buon Glera frizzantino che ben si accompagna a tutto pasto. È comunque presente una carta dei vini ben fornita, per intenditori. L’unica segnalazione che mi permetto di fare è che sarebbe auspicabile sostituire almeno un piatto, quando vengono serviti alcuni antipasti, molto diversi fra loro. Questo perché può non essere gradito dover mettere i polipetti in umido, nello stesso piatto in cui era presente la salsina teriyaki, utilizzata per accompagnare le tartare di pesce. Comunque, alla richiesta di un commensale, il piatto pulito è stato prontamente fornito. Dolci della casa: porzioni leggermente scarsine ma nel complesso ottimi. Senza voler insegnare il mestiere a nessuno, ma in base al mio gusto personale, mi farebbe piacere dare un suggerimento: sulle vostre ottime torte alle nocciole e al cioccolato, essendo logicamente asciutte, ben si accosterebbe un cucchiaio di crema allo zabajone o pasticcera, questo solo per renderle più morbide e succulente. Caffè preparato con la Moka, come in famiglia, digestivo offerto e gradito. Conto nella norma, tutto sommato adeguato alla quantità, qualità e freschezza della materia prima utilizzata. Torneremo sicuramente, siamo curiosi di assaporare altri piatti.

07/04/2024: Restaurant chosen for a short trip to Turin. Dinner booked for a Friday evening and the place presented itself with a very welcoming atmosphere, soft music and no noise as often happens in restaurants and finally, what is fundamental, kind and extremely helpful staff. As for dinner, I would say impeccable. The quality of the food is very high and the prices decidedly competitive. The tajarin are highly recommended as they look and taste delicious and the sandwiches, for those who prefer a more homemade solution, are excellent. Tried the "Stelvio" as a lover of pesto and bresaola and also the "Piemontese" is a fantastic sandwich with a herb omelette and above all sweet gorgonzola to tickle the palate. In case of a future trip, it will be a gastronomic destination that deserves to be visited again.

07/04/2024: essential. Magnificent museum and very well presented works. We have access to several buildings. Don't miss the library and the armory. It takes at least 2 hours if done quickly. The enclosed garden behind is also very nice (you can access it from the basement) otherwise another garden with free access also accessible from the square. Beautiful collections of paintings, sculptures and astonishing furniture. Magnificent moldings and ceilings.

28/03/2024: The ice cream is delicious and there is a wide variety of flavors to choose from, the owner is super friendly. However, the thing that surprised me the most (positively) were the prices: a cone with three flavors for only €2, a price that cannot be found anymore (especially in Turin). We will definitely be back!!

09/03/2024: Ci sono stato da invitato per una pranzo di compleanno in una piovosa domenica di febbraio. Ci è stata riservata una sala ed organizzato un grosso tavolo unico, ottima soluzione per riuscire a dialogare e mantenere una certa riservatezza rispetto agli altri avventori. Locale caldo ed accogliente, la scelta del menu non è vasta ( 4 proposte per ogni portata) ma tutti i piatti sono sfiziosi ed interessanti con attenzione ad innovare pur se partendo da piatti della tradizione. La presentazione soddisfa notevolmente anche l'occhio , le porzioni sono normali ma la qualità delle proposte è molto buona. Scelta dei vini buona ed interessante, non limitata al Piemonte ma a mio avviso espandibile. Tutti i commensali sono stati piacevolmente soddisfatti, degno di nota particolare il risotto al bleu di Moncenisio e il filetto di cervo. Dolci spettacolari e buonissimi. In ulimo il servizio attento, presente ma non invadente. Mi riservo di fare una seconda visita per dare la valutazione massima.

17/03/2024: A place where you can find something to pamper your palate. The swordfish carpaccio is something sublime. The environment is quite intimate, recommended for going as a couple. The humble and kind chef. More than recommended.

14/03/2024: Did I perhaps have slightly higher expectations? Undoubtedly the quality of the fish was excellent, but unfortunately some dishes were not very pleasant on the palate. This negatively affected the overall review. I am referring above all to the first course of pasta filled with lobster, seasoned with shell bisque so bitter that it completely covers the flavor of the ravioli. The raw scallop appetizer was delicate, very fresh raw material, but lacking an acidic part, the dish went off at the end. The octopus in civet was very tasty, but the sauce was definitely too tasty. Among the desserts they offer a creative and original reinterpretation of the "gianduiotto". The cover charge and service are within the restaurant standards.

The dishes, although simple, explode with authentic flavors that invite you to enjoy every bite with pleasure. 22/03/2024: I went to this restaurant to set up a room with balloons… I was struck by the kindness of the owners, I have been visiting many restaurants around Piedmont for years but this place treated me like no one else!!! I also had the pleasure of tasting some of their dishes and I must say really top quality, especially the freshly made ice cream, the best I've eaten in my life ☺️
