E’ sempre piacevole tornare da Caropepe. Intanto per la professionalità e cortesia della proprietà e di chi lavora in un locale carino e ben tenuto. Poi per una carta che propone ricette diverse della tradizione siciliana, ben realizzate, con buone materie e direi tutte molto buone, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Per chi non lo conoscesse e fosse in dubbio se dedicare o meno una serata alla cucina siciliana in montagna … da conoscere e da provare‼️ Una conferma 👏👏👏

Quando ormai le nostre vacanze a Bardonecchia sono agli sgoccioli abbiamo provato questo ristorante che, a nostro personale giudizio, è una spanna sopra tutti gli altri provati. Innanzitutto è un ristorante di classe, la tavola è curata e le stoviglie ricercate. I piatti sono principalmente di origine siciliana, così come i vini e le birre. Noi abbiamo preso una lasagna, una parmigiana e uno stinco. Una leggera attesa accompagnata da un piatto di farinata gentilmente offerto e poi i piatti arrivano tutti insieme. Difficile dire quale ci è piaciuto di più. Vista l'ottima esperienza decidiamo di concludere con un tris di cannoli. Un pranzo senza sbavature a dei prezzi eccezionali (in linea con locali molto più alla mano). Ecco l'eccellenza! Bravi!

25/03/2024: Convenient to reach and for parking, interesting craft beers, quality food (tall and well-cooked hamburger patty, cheese to be improved), good chips, nice place created inside the fermentation plant itself. Very bright thanks to the large windows and the high ceiling, not the classic dark and black beer hall. Quick and friendly service.

06/04/2024: I found myself in this place/club for the first time and I must say that I had an excellent welcome, I immediately felt at ease with both the owner Massimo and Moglia, both originally from Sicily. Being a graduate we waited for all the guests and they offered us a nice glass of Barolo wine while we waited... the food and the menu were very tasty for my palate, from the meat tartare, to the veal with tuna sauce and the platter of cured meats and various cheeses, before moving on to some tasty tortellini and an Irish beef steak done really well, cooked just right and of a unique tenderness. Friendly, courteous and attentive service and a truly extraordinary piano bar, where all the requests of the diners were welcomed... really approachable and very attentive staff. What can I say, I don't know if I will return to this splendid city, but if I do I will certainly return to have dinner or lunch with these wonderful people. Thanks for the evening, Alessandro.
