It was our first time taking a friend, who was a little skeptical, to the restaurant. Wrong! Excellent food, perfect service, and a professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind owner and staff, attentive to the needs of their guests. Definitely worth a try. We'll be back. Thanks to all the staff and compliments to the chef.

It's not your typical restaurant where you go just to eat. Vale un Perù manages to take you on a mini-journey through its dishes, with bold yet balanced flavors. The service is very attentive, with an immediate customer focus. Patricia was also super helpful in offering advice, both on dishes and pairings. You leave satisfied and eager to return!

Saturday, April 11, 2026, my husband's birthday dinner with our daughter. At Vale un Perù, we found much more than just a simple dinner: it was a true experience. Authentic flavors, well-prepared and carefully crafted dishes, in an atmosphere that allows you to escape the usual routine. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Mrs. Patricia is truly an added bonus: she guides you through your choices with passion and expertise. A place worth trying if you're craving something different in Turin. We'll definitely be back! Thanks to the entire team

Truly a fantastic experience. Amazing food that takes you on a journey through Peru and all of South America, from appetizers to main courses. The quality of the food was excellent, and the waitresses, Maya and Ivana, were incredibly attentive and caring. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

20/04/2026: A delightful dinner with friends on Sunday evening. The food and wine were excellent. The dishes were carefully crafted, with thoughtful combinations and presentation, and were unconventional, like the ocean appetizer, where the fish was transformed into surprising cubes, or the pork tenderloin with pears. Friendly service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a fair price. Well done!
18/04/2026: We had a great time here, the only downside was that they made us wait over an hour. The food was delicious, including desserts. The tiramisu was amazing, perfectly creamy, and the ladyfingers were dipped in coffee for just the right amount of time. I highly recommend going, but definitely avoid the weekend.
