26/05/2025: Ate here last night. I had the pizza pincante and it was delicious. The tastiest pizza base I've had in a long time. A nice glass of wine and a bottle of water and it was ready for 20 euros. Only Italians who ate here. Recommended!

01/05/2025: We took advantage of a Smartbox box, a very nice experience, a well-kept environment, very courteous staff. Very convenient for visiting the main cities of Umbria as it is close to the ring road exit.

25/03/2025: Questo ristorante si trova presso il Country Hotel Poggiomanente, ma è aperto anche al pubblico. L'ambiente è accogliente e arredato in stile rustico e allo stesso tempo raffinato. Il personale è caloroso e sempre disponibile. Il menu offre molteplici opzioni, tra cui funghi, tartufi, salumi e altre specialità del territorio. Noi abbiamo preso due bruschette miste, una polenta, una pasta e patate e due tiramisù. Tutto molto buono e appetitoso.

23/05/2025: This was a lovely little find with a calm relaxed chilled vibe. The highlight was the curated wine list with some very resonantly priced and exceptional little gems. The food was also very delicious the only negative was that we asked for a medium fillet and it came rare, we asked again to cook it a bit more and it came back slightly seared. The real class of this quaint eatery was show by the owner who without hesitation removed the item from our bill. Well played sir well played! highly recommended!!!

01/06/2025: Restaurant/pizzeria that offers a very extensive menu but with low-quality raw materials. Waiting times between ordering and service suspiciously short: I ordered a roast with potatoes that arrived in less than 5 minutes, despite the room being full. The sauce tasted like industrial stock cubes and the potatoes were burnt and inedible. The pizza arrived already lukewarm and with a "plastic" consistency. The waiter who served us had an arrogant attitude. A tourist trap to be avoided at all costs.

02/06/2025: We were passing through on our motorcycle and, based on a recommendation, booked this unique, beautiful, top-class country estate for one night. The location is sensational; a property with a great deal of charm, a fantastic pool, and very welcoming owners! There was a huge wedding that evening, and the owner prepared a very special appetizer for us beforehand! Thank you so much for this wonderful short stay! Million Grazie e purtroppo a prossima Volta! 02/06/2025: Ero curioso di provare questa pizza perchè ho visto dei video che la riguardavano,così siamo andati. Il menu praticamente ha solo pizze,cè solo pun tagliere di salumi e formaggi per chi non vuole la pizza. Un pò mi è dispiaciuto perchè avrei voluto assaggiare qualcosa di sfizioso prima della pizza. Comunque hanno delle patatine fritte credo di busta normali e al tartufo come anteprima. Comunque la pizza è buona ma ha un impasto un pò pesante,i bordi sono alti e pure al centro non è sottile,non è la classica bassa e scrocchiarella. Comunque il locale è carimo e i prezzi sono onesti per la qualità dei prodotti. Grazie

11/05/2025: First experience in this pizzeria. Very nice place, small, welcoming, clean, beautiful tables. Sublime pizza dough, neither too soft nor too hard, a balance that I had not yet tried. Perfect cooking, the cornice is not burnt. Unique ingredients in off-menu pizzas. Prices slightly higher than average but are compensated by the quality of the ingredients. Fast friendly service. I will definitely come back to try new pizzas. Congratulations to all of you
