24/05/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo locale durante una visita a Spoleto. Abbiamo chiesto se avessero anche l’opzione senza glutine e abbiamo deciso di provare. E’ stata un’esperienza eccellente. A parte il cicorino e la costata ai ferri buonissimi , abbiamo mangiato dei carciofi a dir poco STREPITOSI. Quando siamo usciti non abbiamo resistito a incoraggiare un gruppo di avventori che erano un po’ titubanti. Lo consigliamo vivamente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. 17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!

23/02/2025: Ormai questo Ristorante è diventato un'istituzione in città, tappa dovuta per folignati e non. La pinsa è buonissima e digeribile, i primi piatti e i secondi sono semplici e ben fatti. Le titolari, Eva e Cinzia, sono state accoglienti e pazienti, nonostante il mio gruppo fosse numeroso e vivace. Siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo!

13/05/2025: I have dined at this sushi restaurant twice and each time it was a great experience. The environment is new, modern and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and always available. The quality of the fish is excellent and I highly recommend trying the typical dishes. My only personal comment: the udon were a little too cooked for my Italian tastes. However, highly recommended!

01/04/2025: Today I went to the bar to ask for information. A waitress at the counter (light, straight hair) was rude by responding to my words with a good morning wake-up call.

21/04/2025: Non amo lasciare recensioni non buone. Preferisco non scriverle. Anzi non l'ho mai fatto. Potete controllare. Ma non stavolta. Perché il fatto che non si mangi nè male, nè bene non sarebbe così importante da scriverne. È la sgradevolezza del comportamento del cuoco che mi ha spinto a scrivere. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, Il primo era buono, il resto inutile.

02/05/2025: 1) What is the venue like? Historic venue in Perugia open for at least 10 years now, located on the second floor of a building (using the ramp), with a retro style typical of 90s Chinese venues. But it's not just that that's retro, but also the ordering system, with waiters who still use pen and paper (something that really annoys me, because I hate "begging" people to order something else). Outside the restaurant there is both a small car park and a terrible smell of fried food, which is now rare in restaurants of this type. Numerous tables are available in the various rooms, with also a large outdoor balcony on summer days. Very well-stocked menu in terms of Chinese dishes, much less so for Japanese ones. Highest price in all of Perugia if you go on weekends and holidays (€18.9 +2.5 for a bottle of water). Speaking of water, the waiter told me he would bring me a 1 liter bottle and instead it was 75cl... the TV was much appreciated, even if it was small and far from the tables, with videos of Chinese songs, it's just a shame that the owner hadn't signed up to YouTube Premium and we saw more advertisements than videos. 2) How do you eat it? I must say that I was a little disappointed by the quality/price ratio, with very slow service (I think I waited 2 hours for about ten courses), errors in the kitchen (I ordered rice noodles and they brought me soy ones), strong smell of garlic in almost all the dishes, Chinese bread for a fee, and more. -Appetizers: the raw fish is quite good and fresh, the soups are a little less so and tasted of little. Terrible vegetable ravioli (2 points out of 4) -Sushi: Good and well plated (4/4) -First: Can be improved (2/4) -Seconds: Quite good (3/4) 3) Is it worth it? On weekends and holidays I really don't think so... and in fact the place was quite empty, so I wasn't the only one who thought so. I've eaten better for less. It's probably the only AYCE in Perugia that I didn't give bonus points to, and in fact, as I said previously, it doesn't excel at anything. All in all though, the food isn't bad. Satiety and thirst average. -Final 'Bandix Travels' rating: 35 points out of 50 (perugia AYCE average: 35)

16/05/2025: We have been several times, but the last one after the renovations to the place was the least happy. Very long waiting times, after over 30 minutes their welcome arrived, 3 people had finished and the fourth still had to get the ramen and then the second. Once a welcome cocktail and fresh grated wasabi were offered and now not anymore. A lot of staff has changed and the service is not what we remembered. Sushi always very good.
