17/09/2025: During our vacation in Umbria, at the recommendation of friends, we went here not once, but twice for dinner. The first evening featured a truffle-based dinner, while the second was a themed evening, with a Spanish menu featuring sangria and paella. It goes without saying that the quality of the ingredients and the sourcing of the finest ingredients are unparalleled, and Maurizio's savoir-faire makes you feel at home even in such an elegant and refined setting. We'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: A good hotel for a night or two while exploring Assisi. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms (although ours didn't have working air conditioning, which fortunately wasn't a problem in late September). The meals were tasty, though not very varied. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

01/06/2025: A down to earth tobacco bar. The owner is always jovial and helpful. They have a sisal machine for recharging and paying bills. They have a tobacco machine outside that allows you to pay by card.

13/11/2025: Unspeakable pizza, undercooked and with only four ingredients, starting with the anchovies, the calzone with raw cooked ham, Tennent's beer on tap, terrible taste... we finished with whiskey, to "erase" the terrible taste of the previous food, the waitress didn't even know what she was serving! I would recommend some education on what is sold!!!

12/11/2025: Extremely positive experience, really good food, we tried the meat, we'll be back for the pizza, the staff was kind and respectful, a few minutes longer for the meat but the quality made up for the wait... one extra star just for the beauty of the "waitress"??? hahahahha thanks guys!!!

03/09/2025: We tried this restaurant on the recommendation of friends who often go there in the evening for pizza. Since we went for lunch, we were able to try the traditional cuisine, which I must say is quite to my liking for the first courses. However, it must be said that they don't turn on the oven for lunch (so we were told), so everything is a bit limited... It's a shame, because the options are all there to make this restaurant competitive with other restaurants in town. The appetizers were good but also quite predictable, and the desserts were average. We tried the first courses (pictured), and I must say the gnocchi with meat sauce were very good, homemade with white Pietralunga potatoes. The ragù was excellent... As for the tagliatelle with truffle, perhaps the butter was added, which slightly altered the flavor of the truffle (perhaps summer truffle), which, being very delicate, faded slightly with the rest of the sauce. However, the tagliatelle were cooked well. We didn't order anything else, so I'll reevaluate when I go that evening, if that happens. The service was excellent, courtesy of a very kind, yet shy and reserved young woman who satisfied us in every way... The owner, perhaps a little more aloof and cold, didn't immediately inspire any fondness... but maybe that's just my impression. The prices and atmosphere are excellent, as is the case with the rest of the area... They're fortunate to be in a town surrounded by scenic views that alone bring peace and beauty to those who visit! The fact that they can offer such prices shows that it's still possible to offer high-quality dining with authentic food at a reasonable price. The fourth star is therefore justified. I hope to be able to further improve this rating soon.

07/10/2025: I came here with friends for an after-dinner drink. Very good, well-crafted cocktails, except for one for my friend, who made a mistake and had to make another. Fair prices and a nice atmosphere, although I suggest throwing empty bottles in the back room instead of near the bar; the noise can become annoying for those near the bar.

18/08/2025: We have agreements with some nearby B&Bs. We stock a wide selection of wines, beautiful even just to look at!

03/05/2025: Welcoming and kind staff, it's not your usual bar... it's a little place expertly furnished and with various corners used for rare, superior quality foods and drinks. Highly recommended!!!
