A former workshop, tastefully renovated and converted into a restaurant. Beautiful, well-decorated venue. We ate well, paired with excellent wine. The service is truly excellent, with attentive service and attention to detail. Given the restaurant's appearance, I expected higher prices. I will return to Foligno and stop at "Mangiafuoco" again. I highly recommend it.

Both the pizza and the food are truly excellent, with top-quality ingredients, perfect cooking, and refined presentation. The place is meticulously maintained and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

I'd been eyeing their pizza for a while...and my expectations were more than met. Finally, a pizza that isn't "random," but rather one where there's careful research into the flours, the right hydration, and leavening. The result is a rustic, crispy dough with the right consistency. The toppings used are equally good. The owners are friendly. The service is quick. The bill is fair. Next time, we'll try the kitchen because the delicious aromas wafted from the dishes being served in the dining room. ☺️ See you soon

24/11/2025: I celebrated my 60th birthday here just yesterday and was very satisfied, as were all my relatives who came from outside Spoleto. The service was excellent, prompt and friendly, and the food was excellent, despite the fact that the group had several health issues and therefore required special attention and precautions. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch. A special thank you to everyone. Paola and Adriano

19/05/2026: Excellent hotel, friendly staff, excellent location, private parking available.
17/04/2026: Super location. Great boutique hotel with historic ruins underneath ( you have to ask them to show them) . Our room was perfect , with terrace, junior suite. Very friendly and polite stuff. Highly recommended!
