A lovely old-fashioned bakery, well-stocked with sweet and savory options, and much more, generous toppings. The only flaw was that the tomatoes in the puff pastry should have been cooked a little longer, in my opinion.

I was passing through Foligno waiting for a train connection and decided to pop into this pastry shop. I just finished two pieces of tart and I can say... Exceptional! The staff was kind and fantastic. Everything was perfect! I'll probably be back with pleasure.
