A must-try spot in Città di Castello and truly one of the city’s hidden gems. I first visited two years ago and returned again today — nothing has changed. The hospitality is just as warm, the food remains high quality, and the flavours are exactly as I remembered. I loved it and will definitely return whenever I’m back in the city. The owner is very knowledgeable about wine, so be sure to ask for a recommendation — you can also buy bottles to take away or as a gift.

What a lovely surprise! This cozy restaurant is tucked away in a residential area just outside the center of Citta di Castello, but it's definitely worth a visit. Delicious traditional Umbrian dishes, a huge selection of fine wines, and a warm welcome. And what a feast for the eyes with all those different antipasto platters! There's also a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. In short, highly recommended! And what a wonderful place this remains; we keep coming back (December 2025) and are always surprised by the delicious food, the warm welcome, and Lorenzo's wonderful wine suggestions. The best host in Umbria! It's always a treat to dine here!

05/04/2026: A small, always busy place. You can watch the games and enjoy not just beer, but also soft drinks and wine. The wine selection is well-researched and quality. The platter for two is generous and more than satisfying. The fact that you'll find only locals here makes it clear that it's worth stopping in and enjoying a place that focuses on substance. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: We visited this grill restaurant with friends from work. I can say it's a lovely, homey place. Reservations are essential, as there aren't many seats. The owner is very friendly and professional. We started our meal with a wide selection of homemade appetizers. The meat was very tasty, grilled lamb, bombette, turcinieddi, braciole, and meatballs. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.
02/11/2025: CRAZY! In Fasano for a weekend, list of grill restaurants to book, first phone call no one answered, second phone call Angelo answered: "Are you ready?" Communication was simple, homey, and welcoming. Once we sat down at the table, we just listened to Angelo telling us: "Here you'll just eat, you'll eat things you've never eaten before!" As a native of Puglia, I have to tell you that I've truly never eaten so well, authentic and unique flavors, meat that truly melted in your mouth. We ate so much. Digestion was incredibly easy, the quality was truly excellent! Super price! For the quality, I think it's low! I'll return and recommend it!! If you're looking, book now and you'll experience a CRAZY culinary journey!
