01/06/2024: It's the first time I've dined in a macrobiotic restaurant; I was curious and, thanks to this, I discovered a world. Healthy, balanced and refined, non-trivial cuisine; qualitative service and superlative kindness. I had the pleasure of tasting products I had never tasted before and cooked with a lot of imagination at more than honest prices. All accompanied by the kindness and helpfulness of the owner with whom I had the opportunity to discuss and share my thoughts. 02/08/2024: Great trattoria on a side street in Senigallia. We always eat there when we are there. Consistently very good quality at reasonable prices for years. We recommend the gem starters and also the Spaghetti vongole which have been reinterpreted. The fritura made the food perfect, and the service was friendly and accommodating even in high season. 31/07/2024: Very welcoming place and impeccable food, we have been several times and I can confirm that both the 2 waitresses and the cooking staff are always ready to fulfill other people's needs. With us there is a boy who doesn't eat fish and it is he who suggests coming back here every time because in any case the staff manages to be stupid every time, both the tagliolini all'amatriciana and the gnocchi with meat sauce are excellent, the idea of ​​being able to buy sauces ready to take away! Highly recommended!

08/08/2024: Eaten on site, I would say the fried food was good and the pizza was also good but nothing exceptional. The room was air conditioned but unfortunately it was hotter inside than outside because of the 2 climate modes only one was on and you couldn't hear it at all. I waited more than 10 minutes to pay and the owner seemed like she was doing me a favor. Luckily there were few people there otherwise who knows when I would go out. All in all disappointing

02/08/2024: The pizza is thin and crunchy, the dough is digestible and made with fine flours, the filling is abundant at the right point, well distributed and of good quality. I recommend starting with the fried foods. Wide choice of beers. The environment is minimal with an internal room and veranda and the service is very kind and fast. Advised.

25/08/2024: Lo straconsiglio. Cena ottima accompagnata da un servizio eccezionale. Il ragazzo giovanissimo che ci ha serviti ha aggiunto quel qualcosa in più alla cena. Ha accolto ogni nostra domanda e richiesta sempre con il sorriso e, nonostante scelte alimentari particolari, allergie e intolleranze, siamo usciti a pancia piena e super soddisfatti. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non abbiamo fatto in tempo a fare le foto, abbiamo gustato tutto subito.

24/08/2024: Ristorante in centro a Gubbio, location tipica e molto affascinante. Servizio efficiente e cameriere molto professionale. Cucina locale davvero ottima, abbiamo assaggiato un po' di piatti, tutti buoni.

19/05/2024: Well.. there is little to say, a pure spectacle, I was there for dinner last night for the first time as I came to visit the city, excellent from every point of view, highly recommended: starting from the explosion of flavors that every single course leaves you with... the chef's passion can be felt; the plates looked like paintings. To the friendliness, professionalism and kindness of the waiter, quick and pleasant. I have nothing else to add, a wonderful experience that I would do again and again if I were to return to visit Perugia, truly top quality, you can't help but try this place at least once, thank you very much!!!

Open on Sunday morning as a pastry shop selling cakes, babà and large pastries; also bland bread. Courtesy service and honest prices, croissant €1.20.

24/08/2024: Passing through on business we try this restaurant. Friendly staff, both the first and second courses were good. The cake is excellent (not to be confused with dessert), which is a kind of pizza bread served hot and is really very tasty. The bottled oil requested separately was excellent.

23/08/2024: I piatti del menù degustazione non soddisfano nelle quantità né tantomeno nei sapori, la sala non era climatizzata adeguatamente, vino buono ma servizio con poco personale.

17/08/2024: Appena si entra in questo ristorante, segnalato Michelin, si rimane affascinati dalla vista superba che offre la veranda, una vista magnifica su Assisi e sulla vallata, ma subito dopo si è pienamente coinvolti dalla cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità che lo staff esprime nell'accoglienza. Tavoli molto belli ed innovativi, privi di tovagliato, scelta ben fatta e condivisibile per evitare di nascondere una "chicca" e cioè il piano dei tavoli è in resina trasparente che contiene delle belle foglie di ulivo (evidente il richiamo al nome del locale). Il menù propone dei piatti della cultura gastronomica territoriale valorizzati dall'innovazione e dalla eccellente tecnica ben evidente. La nostra scelta è ricaduta sulla battuta di manzo, perfetta e gustosissima, come eccezionali sono state le animelle di agnello..... mai mangiate così buone..... di poi da assaggiare il risotto con orecchia di maiale e polvere di limone bruciato..... mantecato senza burro ma con olio..... perfetto nel sapore e nell'equilibrio e nel proporre in maniera encomiabile l'orecchia del maiale..... prodotto non facile, all'interno di un risotto per dare la giusta croccantezza nella masticazione.... ottimo davvero!!! Lo stesso dicasi dei bottoni con il ripieno di anatra, mantecati con arancia e fondo dell'anatra, e crema di aglio nero e finocchietto..... un vulcano si sapori travolgente! Ma al primo posto non ho dubbi nel segnalare sua maestà "il piccione" ! Cotto alla brace in maniera perfetta, servito con la bieta glassata..... il piccione è uno dei pennuti non facile da cucinare, molto rischioso, ma quel petto del piccione cotto alla brace ha evidenziato la tecnica perfetta di cottura e la capacità di saper esaltare un prodotto non facile. Aggiungo poi, che lo chef ha voluto omaggiarmi di un ulteriore elemento a conclusione del percorso del piccione, offrendo dei fusilloni cotti perfettamente conditi con la riduzione della sugo ottenuto dalla carcassa del piccione.... sublimi!!! Una ulteriore emozione per la quale sono doverosi e sentiti i ringraziamenti allo chef. Il pranzo si è concluso con un dessert di creme brulè alla vaniglia con gelato al pop corn e mango acido.... degna conclusione di un ottimo pasto! La cantina è a dir poco sbalorditiva.....viene fornito un "tomo" nel quale sono indicate tutte le etichette, italiane ed estere, tutte di alto livello. E' stata un'esperienza assolutamente positiva, stesso giudizio per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!!

27/07/2024: Nice place with decent service. I highly recommend taking a brochettes mix for starters. There is a table fee of 2.5€ per person which is not that clear. The selection of wines is first class. We were not disappointed by this place. It was good choice for early evening for 5 people without reservation.
