One of the few restaurants that has endured decade after decade thanks to its traditional, quality cuisine, fair prices, and the owners' professionalism. The first courses, grilled meats, and grilled mushroom skewers are fantastic!

A warm, welcoming, and honest trattoria. You'll feel right at home. I recommend it for its excellent value. Friendly owners and a club-like atmosphere. Also great for large tables. There's a fantastic fireplace for grilled meats, the menu's signature dish. I recommend it.

Just like home. Perfectly homemade dishes, delicious grilled meat. Rustic and family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent value for money. I personally love this type of rustic trattoria because I love good, simple food at a fair price! Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: Perfect lunch, everything was delicious, from the delicious truffle stracciata to the delicious mutton cutlet with a very appetizing jam. Then the wild asparagus strangozzi with tomato sauce, or with truffle, delicious. A spectacular sliced ​​steak! A very good bottle of 2021 Adarmando Trebbiano. The service was very knowledgeable and attentive, the price was reasonable, not excessive, and they were very good. Few tables, a very nice atmosphere. In the summer, tables are outside to enjoy the cool of the beautiful Valnerina. Four of us had lunch, three courses each, wine, water, and coffee.
13/03/2026: Eating at Sovrano is a thrill. Excellent quality, excellent service, and a great deal of courtesy and hospitality. 5 stars are not enough.
