A pastry shop that has managed to preserve the flavors and quality of its distant past. The flavors have been passed down through the two generations that have owned and worked there. Every time I go, I recall the flavors I experienced when my father took me there in 1975.

VEGAN DESSERT A friend of mine from the Marche region came to visit me in Florence, and to thank me for my hospitality, she brought me a "rocciata" from this pastry shop, a traditional vegan dessert from the Marche and Umbria regions. It was truly delicious!

A historic pastry shop in Foligno. Everything is made strictly according to tradition, quality is never in doubt, but you might run the risk of being stuck for choice, given the familiar preparation method, which might affect the appearance but doesn't compromise quality, quantity, or flavor. The cream is incredible, a must-try. Last but not least, the friendly staff, who fully respect the traditions of this special region.

Excellent pastry shop and café. The staff, both at the counter and in the kitchen, are wonderful and friendly, and make you feel right at home. The pastries are delicious, as are the freshly baked pizza slices and the spritz. It's worth returning several times to experience the homey atmosphere. It's not a commercial establishment; it's our home.

08/04/2026: Dinner for two on a casual visit to Cascia. The place is small but very quaint, a little cave in fact, clean and rustic. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the prices are still top notch. We'll definitely be back.

19/04/2026: Our stay at Agriturismo Guinzano was surprising, relaxing, and beautiful. The property is located half an hour from the center of Gubbio, surrounded by greenery and practically isolated. The atmosphere is incredible, not only thanks to the idyllic setting but also thanks to the owners, who make you feel welcomed and pampered. We had dinner and breakfast here during our vacation, and it was absolutely worth it: the freshness of the locally sourced ingredients and the passion they put into every preparation are evident. We highly recommend this place, both as a base for visiting Gubbio and the surrounding area, or just to unwind and relax. Hugs, Aurora and Christian
18/03/2026: Excellent agriturismo, with very kind and helpful hosts. The rooms are perfect, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The menu is set with local specialties, but if you book in advance, they'll be happy to accommodate your specific needs. The only caveat is that there are several kilometers of dirt road to get there, but this is clearly stated on the website. Otherwise, I recommend it. Try the tozzini.
