A pastry shop that has managed to preserve the flavors and quality of its distant past. The flavors have been passed down through the two generations that have owned and worked there. Every time I go, I recall the flavors I experienced when my father took me there in 1975.

VEGAN DESSERT A friend of mine from the Marche region came to visit me in Florence, and to thank me for my hospitality, she brought me a "rocciata" from this pastry shop, a traditional vegan dessert from the Marche and Umbria regions. It was truly delicious!
