24/08/2025: While on vacation in the region, we visited this brewery. We received a warm welcome. There are no tastings on site. We purchased a small selection of their beers; all the beers are excellent... we had to go back to bring some back to France! Thank you again for your welcome and your kindness.

26/12/2025: The pizza is exceptional and there are some interesting options. The other dishes are also very good. The atmosphere is welcoming and the wait time is reasonable. The only two drawbacks: you get the feeling of being a bit rushed to get your order, and the prices are a bit high. A simple babà costs 7 euros. Convenient parking, spacious place, but a bit noisy. Pizza, babà, and water are 24 euros.

25/12/2025: Last night we were guests at this establishment and, to my great disappointment—because I know the place—I paid 35 euros for my son, who ate a plate of tortellini in broth and a chicken steak. Portions that might have been fine for a 5-year-old but not for a 14-year-old. The price is unjustified, neither in terms of quantity nor in the telephone arrangements, as he paid almost as much as the set menu for the evening paid by the adults for a full fish menu. 😕

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism, making us feel right at home. The rooms are meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean, and immersed in the tranquility of the countryside. Our stay was truly relaxing, with comfortable beds and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Waking up surrounded by nature was the perfect way to start the day. The food was superb: authentic, plentiful, and prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Each dish was rich in flavor and rooted in tradition, from appetizers to desserts. You could sense the passion and attention the kitchen devotes to every course. The service was also impeccable: attentive, smiling, and always available to satisfy every request. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Rita, a cheerful, attentive, and always available person who made us feel like family. For my mother's birthday, they also took the time to make the moment special, helping to create a memory we will cherish forever. It's the ideal place to celebrate important occasions in a familiar and authentic atmosphere. 07/12/2025: Lovely little cocktail bar with an amazing view over the city of Perugia! We went at the beginning of November, during the low season, and were lucky to find a great spot. That said, I’d definitely recommend arriving early, especially in busier periods. It’s an ideal place for a good drink and some snacks while enjoying the view, though I wouldn’t suggest it for a full dinner. The staff were fantastic—very friendly and easy to communicate with, as everyone spoke excellent English. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Perugia ☺️

09/03/2026: Sometimes you discover a restaurant on a trip that becomes part of the experience itself. That was PantaGruel at Posta Donini for me. The food is exceptional-elegant, creative, and beautifully plated, while still highlighting the flavors of Umbria. Each dish felt thoughtfully composed and memorable. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up dining there five evenings in a row. It became the highlight of each day. The service made it even better. The waiter ran the entire dining room on his own with such ease and grace, making every table feel attended to and welcome. Truly a special place. I’m already missing it.

16/11/2025: What an absolute gem of a place! We had driven past previously but not had time to stop. This time, we stopped and what a great decision it was. Exceptional service, wonderful decor, delicious food and the cutest guard dog around. Have we found the best aperitivo so far? I think we have.

05/10/2025: We stopped by chance, it was a great choice, we drank very well and the owner is very nice, I recommend the stop, the prices are fair, I also recommend it to anyone who wants to go and look for something to drink of a certain level

03/03/2026: We arrived expecting to eat well anyway, given that the reviews weren't bad, but once we arrived I had to repeat the order three times to the waitress, perhaps she didn't understand Italian very well, but I didn't like it from the start. Leaving aside the service, we ordered frittatas which weren't bad and then two pizzas and we were disappointed. The sauce was raw in my opinion, and the Margherita was very watery and had pieces of raw dough. The mozzarella moved just by touching it, which shouldn't exist for a pizza like this. The flavor was very mediocre, and in the end we left disappointed. The next day we had an even worse experience. In my opinion, this place is one to avoid.

23/02/2026: I'm very sorry to have to write such a negative review, but last night we ordered four takeout pizzas, two of which were slightly burned and one completely charred. Unfortunately, we only noticed this once we got home. I find it highly indifferent to the customer to sell a visibly inedible pizza. It's a shame I didn't take a photo before throwing it away to prove it.
