17/05/2025: It continues to be an excellent place to taste Lucanian cuisine. Prices are medium-high but adequate for what is offered. The outdoor veranda is beautiful and the interior spaces are well-arranged. Excellent service and courtesy.

His customer service and prompt response to any questions I had were crucial in making this day even more special!

02/08/2025: An elegant and refined structure in every detail, just steps from the center of Gubbio. Cleanliness and the friendliness of the entire staff are impeccable. A peaceful setting to enjoy a relaxing weekend in the solarium and spa. The room is equipped with every comfort, including flip-flops, a bathrobe for the spa area, and a chocolate on the bedside table. The breakfast is plentiful and offers something for everyone, featuring fresh products and served on a delightful terrace with a view. Kudos to the management!

02/08/2025: We truly enjoyed our stay in a wonderful, meticulously maintained historic property. We found the services excellent and the staff incredibly kind. We didn't use the spa (truly remarkable) due to the minimum age requirement (13) for our daughter's age, but we did have the privilege of having a fantastic pool (see photo) almost all to ourselves. The breakfast was excellent. A good base for a visit to Gubbio. Highly recommended.

06/06/2025: It is not very well stocked and it is a shopping centre without sidewalks: to move from one shop to another you need a car, which is truly unsustainable from several points of view.

26/05/2025: Living in Ireland, we always dreamed of getting married in Italy—and from the moment we discovered San Pietro Sopra Le Acque, we knew we had found the perfect place. After a video call with Sara, who kindly walked us through the venue, we instantly fell in love. Even through the screen, the charm and beauty of the venue shone through. From start to finish, the entire planning process was seamless. Sara was nothing short of incredible—patient, warm, and endlessly helpful. No request was too big or small, whether it was creating our signature cocktails or even importing Tayto crisps (a must-have for any Irish wedding!). Her attention to detail and dedication meant we could relax and truly enjoy the experience. The staff who supported us throughout the weekend were professional, kind, and attentive. We felt so well taken care of, and so did our guests. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. From the delicious pizza party the night before, to our wedding dinner, to the relaxed BBQ the next day—every meal was spectacular. Our guests are still talking about it! And the venue itself... breathtaking. Nestled in the hills of Umbria, it felt like something out of a fairy tale. Our guests described it as magical, and we couldn’t agree more. If you are considering getting married in Italy, we cannot recommend San Pietro Sopra Le Acque enough. It was truly our dream wedding, and if we could do it all over again, we would—in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent pizza, and both an appetizer and a main course were excellent. Great attention to detail, the staff was kind and helpful, and the food was clean and tasteful. Highly recommended. Super!

28/07/2025: We were looking for a small restaurant open on a Monday evening and found Anima e Gusto in Ponte Palleto! A wonderful discovery! The food was delicious and the welcome and service were excellent! We highly recommend it!

06/08/2025: Set back a few meters from the main avenue, Falisco doesn't seem like a particularly attractive place at first glance, but once you're seated, you realize the food is king. Two exceptional off-menu first courses, two delicious desserts, coffee, water, and a half-liter of wine for €42. Excellent, I'd say. Very friendly staff and fast service. I absolutely recommend it!

31/07/2025: We happened upon the Falisco restaurant in Montefalco today for lunch, and it was a pleasant discovery. Outdoor seating in the shade, quiet and breezy, rich and tasty appetizers. We had first courses with REAL truffles, which were not only delicious but also plentiful. The service was excellent and the prices fair. Keep up the good work, see you next time.

01/08/2025: The restaurant staff next door were extremely rude when we asked to see the menu and then closed the door in another family’s face - so we walked a few yards down the road and found this wonderful gem. The owner was charming and reserved us a table saying he opened in 5 minutes - the service was attentive and very friendly. The view was amazing and the food was imaginative and very tasty. They were extremely accommodating and gave vegetarian and vegan options when asked. Had a memorable evening. Would highly recommend

22/07/2025: Really excellent food, we especially liked the gazpacho, potato millefeuille, and linguine with pesto and shrimp tartare. Probably our favourite meal in Italy this trip!
