02/04/2025: There are no words to describe the exquisiteness of the porchetta sandwich and the kindness of the owners.
27/03/2025: It was recommended to us by the manager of the "Torre della Botonta" residence to shop for typical cured meats in the area and to have us prepare the fantastic porchetta sandwich to eat for lunch on the return journey 😀 I would say an excellent experience! The special products speak for themselves ... and Serafino's wife who served us was very kind and friendly. We will remember Serafino's porchetta every time we eat the fresh salami and sausages that we brought home 😉

03/01/2025: My husband and I were visiting Monte Falco from the US and Hype was one of our favorite experiences out of all our Italian adventures. The mixologist/owner Diego made us feel so welcome, which is hard to come by in Italy. If you’re looking for an intimate atmosphere, great music selection, and delicious, innovating cocktails, Hype is the place to be. We hope to go back some day!
14/10/2024: This is one of the best cocktail bars I've ever visited. Modern decor with an amazing, passionate mixologist. His innovative drinks are delicious and unique. Very friendly and helpful, he will make sure that you order the cocktail that will make you happy. It's a must visit when you are in Montefalco.

21/03/2025: I was hesitant given the decay of the museum in recent years, but instead I had to change my mind, a very beautiful Dorothea Lange exhibition with a lot of material and very well explained. I really hope that this museum shines again like it once did.

29/03/2025: We went last night to eat Messina-style stockfish at the Vigne. A table of 12 people. The staff was friendly and helpful, the stockfish was cooked excellently! Compliments to the chef.
