A place where you can experience the flavors of yesteryear. The staff is friendly and truly delightful. The first courses are excellent. A special mention goes to the truffle omelette; it reminded me of my grandmother's, who is no longer with us.

A typical restaurant, easy to reach from the center of Spoleto, clean and tidy, and family-run. The cooking, quantity, and quality of the food, as well as the price, are EXCELLENT. The dishes are few, but all typical and all EXCELLENT. In short: A FULL ASSISTANCE.

Nice place, good food and friendly staff. A small observation, but I'm speaking for myself. An extra forkful wouldn't hurt, just asking the customer if they'd like it.

Osteria De Dada'

03/07/2026: Oh well, what can I say...good things come in small packages... A homey and very simple place, but the ingredients and dishes are the heart of the place: authentic Umbrian cuisine, simple yet bold and flavorful!
30/06/2026: We ordered the osteria's set menu. The appetizer was generous, and for the main courses, strangozzi alla norcina and tagliatelle with white ragù. I must say everything was excellent, including the quality of the ingredients—the best cured meats I've tasted so far. We'll definitely be back.

18/07/2026: excellent food, nice people, a little restaurant in the center of Assisi. Indoor and outdoor. Better to reserve a table. Very happy we will come back tomorrow 😊
22/06/2026: Worth a try, great location, good wine selection. Also great for aperitifs.
