I'll use a term I'll repeat several times: fantastic pizza, fantastic fried food, fantastic atmosphere, fantastic service. There are no other words.

I think it's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in Central Italy. The dough literally melts in your mouth, even though it has a thick crust, yet it's so light it disappears in your mouth. The ingredients used for the toppings are top-quality, from the truffle to the Black Angus beef, the yellow datterini tomatoes, and more. The staff, all very young, are attentive and friendly, always smiling. I don't recommend it, but I highly recommend it!!! If you're in the area, or like us, who make the trip there specifically, it's truly worth it. Because they deserve to eat a pizza made properly. I've been going there for three years now, and I can say I've seen a remarkable growth in this place. They have a pizza that, in my opinion, few can match—not least because Il Forchettiere named it the best pizzeria in Umbria.

Neapolitan-style pizza with a thick crust, but not at all rubbery and without the typical water that makes mozzarella. We all had different pizzas, so many ingredients that, when combined, are an explosion of flavor. The appetizers are also unique and delicious! More attention to service. The staff often look up and it's difficult to get their attention.

Very good pizza, fast and efficient service

I came to Degusto with high expectations, and they were largely met. From the first moment, I was struck by the refined and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends or as a couple, with friendly and helpful staff who immediately put you at ease. The pizza here is truly the highlight: the dough is light, well-leavened, and digestible, with a soft yet well-cooked crust, and you can taste the carefully selected ingredients. Every flavor, from the classic versions to the more creative ones, maintains balanced and pleasing flavors, and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. Another pleasant surprise was their burger section on the menu. I wasn't expecting it in a pizzeria, but the burgers here are well-made, with juicy meat and tasty accompaniments, so much so that they become a valid alternative to pizza if you're craving something different. Overall, if you're looking for a pizzeria that stands out for its quality products, a pleasant atmosphere, and a menu that goes beyond classic pizza, Degusto is a choice that is truly worth an evening.

We went for the first time and immediately noticed the kindness of the young staff. We ate a fabulous pizza. We'll definitely be back soon. We highly recommend it, it's worth it. Congratulations again to the fantastic staff.

Absurd...we brought a personalized cake and for the cutting we spent 1.5 euros.... More than the value of the cake...

Fantastic atmosphere, lots of different pizzas. The one I had was delicious: pumpkin, chestnuts, and pancetta... Desserts could be improved. The quality/price ratio is a bit high.

Quality ingredients, the guys who served us were knowledgeable and had a friendly touch. The pizza, in my opinion, was amazing.
