What a wonderful discovery in the heart of Gubbio. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail, from the exquisite presentation of the dishes to the welcoming atmosphere.
Each course was a little surprise for the eyes and the palate. We particularly appreciated the balance of flavors in the dish, with the vegetables accompanied by the creamy white sauce, but the real highlight came with dessert: that tartlet served with gelato and chopped pistachios was simply delicious. An excellent experience that I recommend to anyone seeking quality and passion at the table.

In a cool, private setting, we accidentally discovered a vegetarian paradise. The food is tasty, the plating is elegant, the table setting perfectly suited to the Gubbio setting, and the service is attentive and courteous. Restrooms are adequate. Overall, this osteria welcomes tourists without being touristy, creates unique dishes with simple ingredients, and turns a meal into a pleasant memory. 8.5
