21/03/2024: Dinner with family on the 15th. Beautiful location enhanced by the floor-to-ceiling view of the "Domus Romana". Excellent appetizers with refined and quality products (such as Spello rice, pata negra, artichokes, cheese and eggs), the first and second courses are also good and worthy of mention (potato and nettle gnocchi with lamb sauce, spaghetti, tomato, vanilla and anchovies , goat's milk risotto with asparagus and savory), good cellar. Discrete but present, professional staff. The only note that is not up to par with the place and what is expected to close an excellent dinner are the desserts which I didn't actually have to make Wow, without praise or infamy. We will definitely return and it is worth recommending as much as a starred one

10/03/2024: The place is a compendium of the history of Italian art: inside you can admire the mosaic floors of a Roman domus from the 1st century BC. and the Renaissance rooms with frescoed ceilings. The culinary proposal is signed by the starred chef Andrea Impero for a truly unique experience.
