25/09/2025: My girlfriend booked the tower room, and we were completely satisfied. Staying in a castle is a truly timeless experience.
We'll definitely be happy to be guests again.
16/09/2025: Fantastic castle. My girlfriend and I stayed one night and were truly amazed. The staff were truly fantastic, kind and welcoming. The dinner was truly delicious, with the wait staff being extremely professional and attentive. The room was spotless and had a stunning view. The next day we even spent a bit of time by the pool...nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back as soon as possible.

21/06/2025: Wide selection of Belgian bottled beers, interesting and well served also the beers on tap, very friendly and friendly manager in love with Belgian beers, each served strictly in its own glass, beautiful decor. A corner of Belgium in the center of Manciano. Go there.

We received a warm welcome.
There are no tastings on site.
We purchased a small selection of their beers; all the beers are excellent... we had to go back to bring some back to France!

08/09/2025: I honestly don't see the need to start the movie a full 25 minutes late, 10 minutes at most, and whoever's there, is there. Then there's the issue of turning the volume up so high, because on average it's fine; they have a very powerful sound, but if you turn it up any higher, you leave the theater almost deaf. Otherwise, the service is very friendly and the cleanliness is fantastic.

28/09/2025: Truly beautiful place, excellent service, and delicious food: the best lamb chops I've ever had, the appetizer was good, and the craft beer was excellent. However, I'm giving the food a minus for the mediocre Pavlova cake, which wasn't up to par with the rest (the cream tasted like tube cream, no mascarpone, and the meringue tasted too much like eggs). My suggestion is constructive, because everything else was superb!

Unique beers!! They let me try a sour beer with this intense strawberry flavor that...I didn't like it, but congratulations on the courage to try it. I've never tried or seen a beer like this!!! WELL DONE, WELL DONE, WELL DONE!! Go there ✌️🍻
