Excellent dishes, carefully prepared and made with quality ingredients! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can see their long experience; we hope to see them again in the historic center soon! Highly recommended!

I visited Trattoria dei Priori during a weekend in Norcia, and I must say it was one of the most pleasant experiences of the trip. As soon as I entered, I found a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, with that familiar atmosphere typical of true Umbrian trattorias. The staff was immediately extremely kind, always attentive and helpful without being intrusive. I tried the strangozzi with truffle and porcini mushrooms and was truly impressed: generous portions, authentic flavors, and quality ingredients. The lamb was also tender and perfectly cooked. You can tell the cuisine here follows local tradition without unnecessary frills. The homemade desserts were also excellent, especially the custard, which I loved. Another thing I appreciated was the value for money: considering the quality of the food and the quantity, the bill was absolutely fair. It's one of those places where you eat well, feel at home, and want to return. If you're passing through Norcia and want to experience authentic local cuisine, I think this trattoria is definitely worth a visit.

Family-run, somewhat rustic. The wine is so-so, but the starters are good and plentiful. The truffles are excellent, but the desserts are limited.

The TOP...The first thing is Domenico's hospitality and kindness. We ate wonderfully; the porcini risotto was amazing, the meats were delicious, and the wine was truly unique...We'll definitely return when we're in the area.

Trattoria with excellent food, with dishes like pici and tagliatelle with truffles, a delicacy, a special truffle omelette, and a very good roast lamb. The dessert was excellent, the price was just right for the quality and quantity.!!!!!

A simple but welcoming trattoria. Very good food and generous portions. Flavorful dishes. I had the primo del priore with trout, porcini mushrooms, and truffle (a strange but interesting combination), followed by the tenderloin with truffle, which was delicious and tender. Fairly priced.

I had a wonderful meal at this trattoria. The cuisine is traditional, with simple yet well-prepared dishes and authentic flavors. The atmosphere is welcoming and truly exudes the atmosphere of a classic Italian trattoria. The service was prompt and courteous. Overall, it's a place I'd happily return to.

We were passing through and relied on Google search. The place was very nice, tidy, and above all clean, as was the service! We tried an appetizer and a first course featuring local truffles, both special! The service was impeccable and there was a great empathy from both the owner and his son who served us! The prices were fair, I highly recommend it.
