Stellar pizza, perfect combinations of ingredients and the ingredients themselves are top notch. In addition to the "classic" pizza we also tried the Maritozzo, not bad.

NB: Those who serve tables must always place themselves on the customer's side. Always. For example: if I don't know what shitake mushrooms are (never heard of them in my life) it is a pleasant and humble thing to explain to the customer that he doesn't know what these mushrooms are and not embarrass him in front of everyone. Dear waitress, the customer notices if you are spontaneous or smile because you are forced to do so and believe me, the difference in the place is above all you. Because the pizza could have been less cooked and the ingredients of lower quality, but if someone had served me with a smile and the humility to explain to me what I didn't know I would have given it 5 stars, which I cannot do despite myself. I won't be coming back again.

An experience absolutely worth doing! I discovered this "pizzeria" on Instagram and, intrigued by the types of gourmet pizzas offered, I went to try it with my wife. It was a beautiful, unforgettable experience and was probably the best pizza I've ever eaten. Very friendly and helpful staff and truly exceptional raw materials. But the strong point is the dough itself, digestible and truly appetizing! Congratulations nothing else to say!!!

What can I say...one of the best pizzas I've ever tried! Delicious pizza and light dough, super friendly staff with descriptions of the entire menu in general verbally, helpful and friendly, restaurant a bit small but overall very nice, highly recommended to go! Top of the top

Excellent pizza, quality products and innovation. But you have to be willing to pay. Cozy environment but with minimal spaces. Trained and friendly staff, except for treating customers a little too hastily.

I went for dinner and mainly ate appetizers such as the brioche and the Padellaro pizza which I found excellent. I'll be back to try the plated pizza

I tried the land tasting menu, all the courses were individually very well prepared and appetizing. Friendly staff and beautiful facility. I recommend the place to anyone who wants an alternative experience to the usual pizzeria.

01/04/2024: We stayed for Easter 2024 and found a welcoming and evocative environment, immersed in nature, very good for a moment of detachment from everyday life.
13/02/2024: Stayed during a group weekend. The structure is among the Umbrian hills, about 20 minutes from the center of Gubbio (by car). I believe that the car is essential to get to this very fascinating place. Very ancient structure probably with details. Room with a view of the hills, very quiet environment. The room is a little small but welcoming, and the bathroom has a button-stone floor. The heating was not on as long as we asked but we had extra blankets. As it was low season they didn't have much selection of drinks at the bar. Varied breakfast with both savory and sweet options. I didn't use the SPA, but there would have been an opportunity. Poor Wifi: you have to log in with email or phone number but the connection lasts 3 minutes, so it's a little inconvenient to have to log in every time.
