15/03/2026: We stayed for a weekend and it was a wonderful discovery. Located just outside the historic center of Norcia, it offers comfortable and carefully furnished rooms. Its real highlight is the homemade cuisine, featuring products from the farm itself or locally sourced, for both breakfast and dinner. The owner is extremely kind and offers plenty of information for visiting the area.

08/03/2026: We stayed at this country hotel on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). Our room was clean and well-maintained, with beautiful stone walls and exposed wooden beams. Both split air conditioning and fan coil units were available. Our bathroom had a bathtub with a shower and a hairdryer. Sky TV and good Wi-Fi, considering there would otherwise be no internet access. A generous breakfast, both sweet and savory, was served self-service, while hot drinks were served at the table by the staff. The restaurant adjacent to the country hotel is where we dined on two evenings. The menu features mostly meat-based dishes, including local specialties, and is delicious and generous in portions. The location is also very convenient, with good access to the highway, making it easy to reach Perugia, Assisi, and other destinations.

17/02/2026: Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. Everything was spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The restaurant is next door and serves delicious food and has a cozy atmosphere.

08/02/2026: Very spacious venue with parking right on a lake with swans and ducks, and a stroll along the way. Fast and professional staff. Prices aren't cheap, but it's definitely worth it.

04/10/2025: A property immersed in nature where you can enjoy the tranquility perfect for a relaxing holiday... the panoramic pool is beautiful... overall well organized, clean, spacious... the extra touch is given by the people who run it: three very friendly, kind, and helpful women... the atmosphere is homely, as is the food: dishes are never overly elaborate but practically always excellent... everything is homemade, from the pasta to the wine. Excellent raw materials are evident as they come from the family farm... if you're looking for relaxation and good food in a family atmosphere, this is the perfect place at affordable prices, one of those authentic experiences that are increasingly difficult to find. 28/01/2026: Tonight my wife and I had dinner at Le Mura restaurant. We only booked an hour in advance, but from the moment we were greeted, we knew we were in the right place—a genuine welcome, the kind rarely found these days. Irma, the lady who served us, didn't make us feel like we were "at a restaurant," but rather within the walls of a family. The burning fireplace added warmth to the atmosphere, making it intimate and reassuring. The helpfulness and attention to my wife, who is pregnant, were never lacking; on the contrary, it was a sincere, human care. The dishes are exceptional, as are the people who prepare and serve them. A place I would recommend to anyone in need of a human-to-human pampering, to anyone who misses grandma's cooking, the kind that warms the heart first and then the stomach. Thank you so much. We will be back again and again.

04/01/2026: We arrived here with a group of 16 without a reservation. The very kind Irma immediately let us in to shelter us from the cold wind and then set us up beautifully. The food was top-notch, with the tartare (I've never tasted anything so buttery) standing out for its exquisiteness, and the added touch of raw spring onion was superb. The stewed wild boar was incredibly tender, and the black ravioli with porcini mushrooms and truffle were truly delicious. And last but not least, an excellent profiteroles, and the other desserts also satisfied everyone. A real surprise that's definitely worth a visit! Thanks, Irma.

14/07/2025: Industrial-style place run by polite and professional guys. Beautiful!! Spectacular arrosticini!!! Congratulations on the fried food on the Transumanza plate!! With that mixed cow/sheep cheese...sooo delicious!! Unique beers!! They let me try a sour beer with this intense strawberry flavor that...I didn't like it, but congratulations on the courage to try it. I've never tried or seen a beer like this!!! WELL DONE, WELL DONE, WELL DONE!! Go there ✌️🍻

16/12/2025: We returned to this inn in the center of Marsciano after a year, but the verdict remains the same: EXCEPTIONAL!! A true gluten-free paradise (my partner is celiac) with almost the entire menu available and truly delicious dishes in combinations and flavors! The Pecorino Marshmallows are noteworthy, the focaccias are delicious, and the first courses are top-notch! The cacio e pepe umbricelli with truffle are amazing! All "topped off" by the owner's "crazy" friendliness and the impeccable service of the other girls! Prices are well in line with the quality offered! Too bad I live 120 km away, otherwise I would go there much more often!!! Congratulations to Flavia and all her staff!
