I highly recommend this Hosteria restaurant for the quality of the products, especially for the balance found in the various dishes. The service is excellent, with Shaggy's friendliness and professionalism. The owner is an excellent cook, and a team of very talented women. Shoby is also a very good and very kind waitress.

A pleasant discovery in the center of Marsciano! I stopped in for a quick lunch and was welcomed into the back room, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. The prosecco and the entrée were very welcome. The fried pecorino cheese was simply amazing. On a hot and muggy day in mid-July, it was truly a treat. I'll definitely be back!

We ate well... the girls are very nice... the wine flowed down with everything else... I liked the location as there was the Palio delle Botti and therefore a lot of movement.

A highly recommended restaurant. The wine selection is extraordinary: excellent labels, a practically endless list, and, not surprisingly, even top-quality wines in bulk. The cuisine is equally impressive: dishes prepared with excellent ingredients, well executed, and with a focus on flavor. A special mention goes to the chef, who is truly fantastic, capable of transforming simple, authentic ingredients into memorable dishes. An experience worth repeating.
