Everything was quite good, the service was friendly, and the wine list featured classic local wines at reasonable markups. It's a shame the menu, written and designed with artificial intelligence, is rather bland and somewhat spoils the atmosphere and image of the restaurant.

It says outside: "You eat well here and pay a fair price." I thought it would be the usual sign, but it's exactly like that. The ingredients are local and cooked to perfection. The wine is equally good; just ask the owner for recommendations. The staff is knowledgeable and competent.

I ordered the truffle tartare, it was minced meat, the yolk was not marinated, and perhaps too much truffle cream, it didn't convince me, for what it costs they could have given it more attention, I then ordered some roasted vegetables but they arrived too coarsely chopped and soft, the pineapple ravioli were nothing spectacular, I expected ravioli but they were slices of pineapple closed like a piadina, overall however it is eatable if you don't have too many vices

The restaurant definitely has potential, and the food is decent, giving it a full pass. Unfortunately, however, our evening was somewhat marred by the service: the organization seemed confusing, there was little attention to our needs, and the wait times were decidedly long, partly due to the loud noise in the room, which made communication difficult.
A special mention goes to the head waiter. She was extremely kind and polite: she tried every way to remedy the inconvenience caused by others and accommodated us on the final bill. I hope the management manages to improve the service, because the place deserves it.

A refined atmosphere with soft lighting. The zucchini flowers stuffed with light ricotta are delicious. Try the umbricelli pasta with wild boar and truffle.

I had dinner at this restaurant and was so pleased I went back the next evening. It's not one of those fancy restaurants with fancy decor, but it's very clean. The service and dishes are truly excellent and tasty. The owner is very professional and knows how to give excellent recommendations. The value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it. We need a casual 900 restaurant in every tourist city. Congratulations, keep up the good work.
