Great wait staff and personnel, but especially here in Italy, I think there are many many better food and drink options. It was the least good pizza I've had in Italy. The pasta was ok. It was the worst red (house) wine I've experienced in Italy and didn't even finish it. Don't look too closely at the water, but all in all it was solid. I'm just saying there are so many amazing places that solid might not cut it. Huge plus is that it was open on Sunday when most things are closed.

A must-see if you're in Spoleto. Two consecutive dinners confirm the restaurant's excellent reviews. The pizza is also excellent. All at a "fair" price. All the staff are extremely friendly and the owner is extremely professional. Congratulations!!!

The appetizers were plentiful and excellent, and the first course was exceptional with homemade pasta. I highly recommend it. I forgot to mention that the dessert was also delicious. Today I had an apple pie. I highly recommend it.

Had lunch last week during a business trip. The atmosphere is very unique and trendy. Traditional local cuisine, with a twist, is also offered; the quality is good and the portions are generous. The price is reasonable (even affordable compared to Milanese standards).

Poor value for money. The platter was mediocre, with rustic appetizers that were considered a poor choice. The ham was dry and thickly sliced. Low-quality ingredients, never a smile, and a surly and superficial attitude. They slammed glasses at the table, showing no consideration for the guests, except for one member of staff who was minimally polite. It was all a show. High prices for the very low quality of the food.

We arrived in Spoleto late in the evening, yet the welcome we received immediately reassured us. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff extremely friendly, and the food delicious. We opted for a delicious house wine. Highly recommended.
