Some staff were perceived as unfriendly. We cannot understand the positive reviews about the family friendliness. Probably only applies to long-time regular customers Hotel is very far from the beaten track. No possibility to stretch your legs in the evening after dinner. Nothing works here without a car Dinner is not always great. Everything is very meaty

Immersed in the extraordinary world of the mountains of the Tessa Group Nature Park and the Hochjochferner glacier, the Oberraindlhof is the ideal place to find peace. Experiencing nature is an integral part of the Oberraindlhof. In less than 15 minutes you arrive at Maso Corto where, taking the new Ghiacciai cable car, you reach 3250 metres.

Are on holiday here for the second time. The hotel is a farm from the 16th century. It is rustic, down-to-earth and quaint. The food is excellent. All the employees are very nice. There is a whirlpool and a sauna area. We would like to come again.

Better than we thought. The room allows you to go back in time by type of furnishings, even though everything is new and clean. The cuisine was excellent, as was the welcome. To return

5-day stay in this Maso/Hof in Val Senales on the occasion of my 62nd birthday: early February (too bad there's no snow). Suggestive location that tells you about traditions and family history. Everything with an authentically "South Tyrolean" flavor that I could almost feel "South Tyrolean" too.... And so I was involved in a traditional dance with the owner while his wife delighted us by playing accordion and guitar and singing along with a local "duo". Time seems to have stopped and this certainly helps you to relax and enjoy the cuisine of the house which already knows how to "capture" you from breakfast. You dine in a very soft and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is a few kilometers from the slopes which can be reached by bus which stops near the hotel. The ski storage room (with boot warmers) in front of the departure of the cable car that takes you to the altitude is very welcome. I will certainly remember this 62nd birthday with pleasure. Bellissima vacanza in questo delizioso albergo sapientemente curato dalla signora Elizabeth e dalla sua famiglia. Stanze confortevoli, caratteristiche e molto ben riscaldate. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottime le colazioni a la carte servite al tavolo ma la vera chicca è la bellissima SPA con la sua sauna, il bagno turco e l'idromassaggio, un vero toccasana al rientro dopo una giornata sugli sci. Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo soggiorno nel cuore della Val Senales. Camere curate, spaziose e super pulite. Zona benessere con varie tipologie di sauna e vasca idromassaggio all’aperto con vista stupenda. Cucina davvero deliziosa e ampia scelta dalla carta dei vini. Super consigliato per godervi dei momenti di relax e benessere e fare tante attività nei dintorni!

Sicuramente un posto che proporrei a qualche amico, anzi l'ho già consigliato ad una amica. Cibo, servizio,camere e personale eccellente. Abbiamo già pensato che si potrebbe ritornare. Grazie di tutto!

Abbiamo alloggiato, con la mia famiglia (5 persone), nel periodo 5 dicembre-9 dicembre, con formula di mezza pensione. Camere estremamente confortevoli e ben riscaldate. Personale disponibile e cortese. Qualità del cibo veramente ottima. In hotel è presente una zona con due saune, bagno turco e, all'esterno con vista sulle montagne innevate, una vasca idromassaggio per 5 persone.

Wir waren für eine Woche im November zu Gast. Die Zimmer, die Gaststuben und das Restaurant sind sehr stimmig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Was uns besonders aufgefallen ist, war die Beleuchtung im Restaurant. Hier legte man sehr viel Wert auf Akzente und punktuelle Beleuchtung. Dies sorgte sehr für Wohlbefinden und Gemütlichkeit. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und entsprechen voll den Vorstellungen, die man erhält, wenn man die Homepage besucht. Der Wellnessbereich trägt sehr zur Entspannung bei. Hier kann man es gut aushalten und chillen. Abgerundet wurde das Wellnessprogramm durch Frei-Tickets für das örtliche Schwimmbad. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Zum Frühstück wurde man bedient und konnte alles (verschiedene Frühstücksteller, Eier, Speck, Müsli, Obst…) bestellen, auch mehrfach. Das Abendessen, im Rahmen der Halbpension, war überaus ansprechend und abwechslungsreich. Beim Frühstück konnte man auswählen, welche Gerichte man abends gerne essen möchte. Nachmittags gab es auch noch immer einen Kuchen. Dieser war auch sehr lecker. Alles in allem war der Urlaub im Oberraindlhof rund um gelungen und auch preislich absolut in Ordnung.
