02/09/2025: Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. The facade of the building could use some love, but the rooms are beautiful and VERY clean. The breakfast is great and la signora Elena is super nice and a wonderful host. We definitely recommend.

11/11/2025: I just ate at your place and have now been sitting on the toilet for 30 minutes with diarrhea.

09/10/2025: Basic food, but tasty enough and good value. I had 1/4 roasted chicken with roasted potatoes and fennel for €11. Included a small espresso to finish the meal. No tourists here, mostly local blue collar workers or employees from the train station across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful, place was very clean and bright. A bit like eating at IKEA, except Italian food.

19/11/2025: I wonder if this place has ever been inspected by the hygiene department!! No one wears gloves when preparing the food; the pizza chef makes your pizza and then picks up the broom. What happened to me this summer is even worse. I ordered a pizza at the counter when I saw the employee wiping sweat from his forehead, so I mentioned it to the owner, who told him to wash his hands. Luckily I was there, at the counter; who knows how many he topped with his sweat? Another employee comes out, smokes a cigarette, and then makes you a kebab.

12/09/2025: It's absolutely delicious! I've only ever eaten pasta, so this feels like heaven. If you want more salad, please add more.

07/12/2025: I ate there with a friend and shortly afterwards we both felt sick. I even vomited and also have diarrhea (I suspect it was spoiled meat) or food poisoning. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone...!!!!

21/02/2025: The pizza is very good. The lady at the register refuses to take cards, she probably doesn't pay taxes. Pizza is expensive but very good. The pizza has a fluffy crust and is good to eat.

11/10/2025: I also forgot something (my e-reader) in my room. They found it but they said they couldn't send it to me. No goodwill. Disappointing, just like the general reception, not to mention the construction work next to and behind the building. So no swimming pool. It was in August and I'm still looking for a Belgian biker to go and get it 😬

07/10/2025: DEAR MANU AND DEAR PAUL.......I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL, UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY from September 28th to October 5th, 2025 IN YOUR HOTEL. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had a magnificent view of the King 👑 Ortler and Madatsch peaks. The food was amazing. RESPECT PAUL, YOU COOK SIMPLY FANTASTIC. AND MANU READS YOUR EVERY WISH FROM YOUR EYES. I'm already missing that good fried egg with bacon. I'll be back soon to SEE THE NEW WELLNESS AREA....I 100% recommend the hotel. DEAR GRIAS TOMMY FROM DONAUWÖRTH AND ALSO TO SEPP.......

20/10/2025: We celebrated our August wedding with 80 people in the Pinzonerkeller – and it was simply a dream! 💫 The ambiance was beautiful, with atmospheric fairy lights, candles, and an atmosphere that couldn't have been more romantic. The food was outstanding – every dish lovingly prepared and simply delicious. A huge compliment to the entire team: so warm, professional, and attentive – we and our guests felt completely at home. Everything ran smoothly! We were always supported with questions and spontaneous changes, and Maya and her team were always available and helpful in advance. Our wedding was truly perfect, and the Pinzonerkeller played a crucial role in making it happen. We can wholeheartedly recommend this venue – for us, it was an unforgettable day in a very special place. ❤️

30/12/2025: Terrible experience, while we were eating it started to rain and we were kicked out within 15 minutes because they had to close due to the rain.

30/12/2025: It has never happened to me that I was kicked out of a place while I was drinking, just because it started to rain, and that was far from closing time (6.30pm) to the amazement and indignation of the other customers.

04/11/2025: I go there very often and they're always top-notch: very kind, fast, and skilled. Tasty dishes and truly excellent value. Highly recommended. Well done, and keep it up.

03/02/2026: Besides the fact that the salesman has such a disgusting attitude and looks at you with disgust before talking to him, there is a shower that is also cold, no hot water, I waited about 15 minutes and it didn't come.....I absolutely do not recommend it!

31/01/2026: On Friday, January 30, 2026, I arrived at 6:00 PM for the 45, but if I got there earlier, there would definitely be a spot. LIDL and Eurospin are within walking distance. It's a lovely town. Free restrooms and showers are available at the NUEVO gas station. The only question is, maybe I was just unlucky?! I went into the shower, and the water ran cold for 10 minutes. Then, as soon as the warm water started running, a store employee came and said, "Shower finished." I was a bit taken aback. I'll go again today and see if this happens again. I'll update my review if anything changes.

09/08/2025: Una pausa pranzo con i fiocchi! Nonostante l'affluenza, la nostra attesa è stata minima. I ragazzi sono molto cordiali e pronti al sorriso. Ottimo il piatto di roast beef, molto buona la birra alla spina; pane fresco e vista completano una piacevolissima sosta.

05/08/2025: Quando ho visto il lama e poi i due cammelli, non ci volevo credere, mi sono sembrati un poco fuori luogo, poi una volta seduto al tavolino davanti a delle costine di maiale ed a uno stinco favoloso, con una buona birra ed un paesaggio incantevole, ho dimenticato sia il lama che il cammello. Dal laghetto di Fiè, è una piacevole passeggiata, e merita di essere effettuata. Prezzi corretti Animali ammessi.

19/09/2025: The kitchen didn't have half of the items on the menu, and out of the 3 items left, they managed to get 2 out of 3 dishes ordered wrong... low quality food compared to the price.

17/08/2025: I gave one star because zero wasn't possible. The pizza was truly disgusting, as was the owner. We ordered takeout, and one of the four had a hole in it. To disguise the fact that the pizzas were raw, they put raw tomatoes in the box.

03/01/2026: Sorry, but if you mess up half the order, forget some things, and then everything's soggy, it's just not going to be good. I've had stomach problems for two days now and wouldn't recommend anyone eat there. My colleague wasn't impressed either. His burger wasn't cooked through, and he's also having stomach issues. The delivery guy was really unfriendly! We ordered: burger, baguette, nuggets, and fries. Never again!
