15/11/2025: Extremely slow. It has nothing to do with fast food. And very little choice, but that's normal for Italian mâche.

17/08/2025: I gave one star because zero wasn't possible. The pizza was truly disgusting, as was the owner. We ordered takeout, and one of the four had a hole in it. To disguise the fact that the pizzas were raw, they put raw tomatoes in the box.

27/09/2025: Lukewarm food. Fries rock hard. Burgers frozen. Aside from that, I advise against eating here; if you sit inside, you'll smell like a deep fryer. Once and never again....

20/05/2025: This is the kind of restaurant/café/bar you'd want! After the very successful renovation and change of management, this is a highly recommended location! The owner and service staff are very friendly, professional, and competent. It's a pleasure to linger here! Besides the menu, there are top-notch daily specials, everything is delicious, and the food is excellent. We have a new favorite restaurant/bar in Klobenstein! Keep up the good work, and we'll be back!

02/11/2025: We drank coffee here, but there were no cups. The coffee was being served in plastic cups. The service was good but they don't have any cups. What kind of bar is this where they never have any?

28/10/2025: I've known this highway and its rest areas since I was born. I drive it in its entirety several times a year. I also know the Plose Est rest area very well. Well... what's there to say about this place? We're talking about a classic fast food joint like so many others along the highways. It was recently renovated; before, it was quite dated, but the nice thing was the bar counter, which was designed like a typical Tyrolean mountain hut. All of this changed a few years ago. Now, everything has been redone, and I have to say, a hospital operating room has more character than this place. Let's move on to the sandwich counter: Flies were mating on the food, all clearly visible when you're queuing to pay. Not even a Chinese market has such hygiene standards. (I decided to stay hungry.) The staff: Remember, I'm on an Italian highway in South Tyrol. I've never had to order in English. That's right, when I was there, the barista didn't speak Italian, let alone German. I can't say they were rude, but when I have to order "one espresso coffee to take away, please" in Italy, I don't understand the world anymore. Until a few years ago, the place was managed by Sarni; it wasn't the best, but now that Autostrade del Brennero SpA has been managing its own ads, the degradation is perfect. UPDATE: I stopped at this place again: they don't have anything up to the standards of an Italian service station: they don't have orange juice—something unheard of in all of Italy—and there's even a breakfast offer that should include it, according to the signs displayed and the other "Nuevo Foodland" outlets. Also, there's a huge "Tabacchi" sign in front of the place, but I didn't even find any cigarettes. My mother had to go to the bathroom and the male cleaner was constantly circling my mother's toilet stall in the ladies' room, apparently waiting for a tip!

30/07/2025: Carino l'ambiente interno e quello all'aperto, buono il servizio, buoni i canederli e le tagliatelle al sugo di salsiccia. Prezzi nella media, clientela gradevole.

22/07/2025: È forse il posto dove ho mangiato peggio a Brunico. Gnocchetti completamente immersi nella panna, cavolo cappuccio asprissimo e canderli senza sapore e molto asciutti. Posto abbastanza caotico, prezzi medio alti…in pieno centro a Brunico c’è di molto meglio secondo me.

10/08/2025: The hotel is in a great location right in the center, a great location but it also has some drawbacks, if you have a room next to the road, there's the problem of cars and noisy engines... The breakfast is plentiful and correct, the service is on a high level, so I recommend this place to all quick travelers

25/06/2025: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Bozen. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms are simple but very clean and well-maintained. While the hotel isn't the most modern, it is clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail. Breakfast was also simple but fresh and satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room even featured a small balcony, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment. Although there is no air conditioning, the provided fan kept us relatively comfortable at night. The hotel is located in a lively and diverse neighborhood that has its own unique flair and energy. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but that's common in all of Bozen.

20/09/2025: The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The price/performance ratio was absolutely reasonable. The location is very nice.

13/08/2025: Nice location, but unfortunately, that was about it. We had to wait forever for the waiter to take our order after asking. The two fruit spritzers and two iced coffees were okay, but not particularly large. €36+ for that is outrageous!

22/08/2025: We took a break at Café Liszt and received friendly and prompt service. Despite its location on the promenade, the seating here is quiet and shady.
