27/08/2025: The products are indeed attractive but the prices are unapproachable.

10/08/2025: An impulse purchase, as I'm a pine essence lover. This cream is nothing more than sweetened condensed milk; the mountain pine essence is completely invisible, neither to the smell nor to the taste. The packaging lists the website dolomiti-shop.it, but there's no mention of the product on the website. I don't question the quality of other products in the shop, but one thing that's quite disconcerting is the very high prices for products that are certainly unique, but can be found anywhere else at a lower price.

04/01/2026: Very small station, no heating, toilets are cash only 1 euro, explained I am a tourist and only had card the reply was bye...nice attitude

17/07/2025: Personally, it's my favorite Chinese restaurant in Bolzano, great prices, very good food and friendly and helpful management.

15/04/2026: They served me an Americano coffee and there was a hair in the cup. Then I asked a question and the guy serving me was super rude. I asked for a crepe and he served it half-raw. Seriously, what a place I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. First of all, you have to own up to your mistakes and accept criticism, which could perhaps help you improve and not make these kinds of mistakes. I didn't immediately report the hair because I don't drink coffee right away, and I ate the crepe because I don't like throwing away food even if it was inedible. He's absolutely right, I should have given it back and made him eat it. Too bad I wasn't rude enough to do so. Happy Easter.

12/04/2026: I often stop at this little place for the pistachio puff pastry cube, which I adore. A little pricey, but still enjoyable.

04/03/2026: Absolutely disappointing!!! No welcome whatsoever! The oldest woman spoke to us and took our order without even looking at us!!! What we ate was actually quite good. When it came time to pay, the man refused to accept card payments. He told me to withdraw money from an ATM… I told him that wasn't possible for me because I only have my bank card on my phone. He told me to go next door to the hotel (which is part of the café-bar) and wait… In the end, I paid by card and I'll never set foot in that place again!!!

05/01/2026: Good breakfast with various cakes. At the checkout, they don't like the POS; they prefer cash.

19/05/2025: We'll be back as soon as Amex is accepted. In the year of God 2025, it's ridiculous that you can't pay with Amex: it costs the same as the competition. What will happen at the Rosa Alpina farm in San Cassiano? They'll accept it! Why not at Sponata...?

05/04/2026: You can't even get to the lake anymore. It's no longer publicly accessible. Not since 2018. Great, and this isn't mentioned anywhere. The parking lot in front, of course, is only for restaurant customers. Really fun. Capitalism is really taking over nature. We didn't see anything. The reservoir isn't worth visiting either and is inaccessible.

15/12/2025: I'm giving it one star because it was quiet; there was only one other campervan with us. We paid €31.50 for two adults and a small campervan (€12 for the van + €7 per adult + €2 environmental tax + €1 per adult tourist tax). The car park area was on a slope, and you have to be resourceful to get your vehicle level. The receptionist attended to us in German, and after we told her we didn't speak much German and tried English, she kept switching between German and English (which wasn't really a problem, but rather showed a lack of willingness to communicate in another language). The restrooms are poorly maintained; there was no toilet paper or soap. The shower was acceptable, with hot water and good pressure. The bathrooms were full of spiders and dead insects, which is perfectly normal in this natural setting. What isn't normal is having dead insects lying around the bathroom that hadn't been picked up for a long time. The campsite is close to the motorway and train tracks; it's not excessively noisy, but you can hear some traffic. Access to the campsite is quite narrow—attention large caravans/campers! You have to go through a tunnel approximately 2 meters wide and 3 meters high. Overall, quite disappointing for the price.

07/06/2026: Excellent experience at this restaurant. I went for lunch on Sunday and had asparagus dumplings, which were truly delicious and very well received! The owners are kind and helpful. I will gladly return!

05/09/2025: Then again, everyone experiences the moment differently... I'm referring to some very negative comments. Mine is definitely positive. The place is very nice, precisely because it lacks the formality of "vacation" restaurants. It's natural, simple, and honest. It's true, they don't have menus with corresponding prices, and the dishes are limited, but if you like simple goodness, you certainly won't be disappointed by the price... trust me. I'll go back if I can 👍

20/08/2025: A wonderful place with a family-run restaurant on the farm: delicious little pork dishes and great beer from the neighboring farm (Noppbräu). Here you can also observe many animals, including donkeys, cows, pigs, dogs, and chickens.

29/12/2025: Very good and beautifully plated food, but it's a shame the portions are very small (two strips of pumpkin lasagna for €15.50). Bread isn't served unless you ask for it (not even for those who only eat salad). A 1L bottle of water is €5. They don't charge a cover charge. Service is generally unfriendly.

20/12/2025: Nothing special, normal food, I ordered dumplings with goulash, the latter not very tender and the dumplings had an industrial taste, for two dishes and an ice cream with raspberries I paid 71 euros... a bit too much for the quality and quantity. I do not recommend.

31/10/2025: The usual Mac but keep in mind that in those parts the services close early and it could be a lifesaver. Be careful because you can't see it from the street and it's inside a shopping centre.

09/05/2026: The food was good. The portions are for toddlers. If they're hungry, either order two portions or find another restaurant.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, the schnitzel was mushy and smelled of old grease. My comment about this was met with a "I'll tell the chef." The Schlutzkrapfen (shrimp doughnuts) were okay. The pasta dish was very greasy.
