The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the first contact, always attentive to detail and wait times. The ingredients are high-quality, fresh, and beautifully presented, with careful attention to dietary requirements. Service is prompt without sacrificing attention to detail, ensuring a seamless transition between ordering and table service. Highly recommended for a casual yet refined dinner.

14/08/2025: We arrived there after relying on reviews, went in, and at 12:30 on a Thursday, the lady told us they didn't serve food. Well...

03/12/2025: Nice service area with a well-stocked restaurant. They also have sculptures for sale. The bathrooms are inside and were new and clean.

23/11/2025: I arrived at night for a quick coffee. There was no employee behind the counter. The slicer was constantly on, the blade spinning. It turned out he was sound asleep on a bench in the restaurant. The police who arrived for coffee tried to wake him up for 10 minutes. When he finally woke up, he was walking around, falling over. He broke the cups on the counter. When he made me a takeaway coffee, he tripped and spilled it on the counter. I left without coffee because I had no time for this circus anymore.

08/10/2025: We ordered two lattes and two small ice creams (2 scoops for €3.50 each). We were billed €28.00!!!!

27/09/2025: Pizza too hard. Dough pre-baked. Not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend it!

01/09/2025: We can highly recommend the place and the hotel to seven men from Dresden and the surrounding area and thank the Unterberger family for their hospitality. We stayed at the South Tyrolean hotel for a week and enjoyed it very much, given our needs. We wish the Unterberger family a peaceful, healthy, and successful future. THANK YOU again.

24/09/2025: Very disappointing! Don't go there. The food is very bad. I'm in the bathroom after an hour of dinner and I won't tell you what I'm doing.

29/08/2025: The food was excellent (we had pizza, pasta and dessert) and always prepared quickly. The service deserves special praise. It was pleasant, attentive, fast. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant.

28/02/2025: Pilze auf der Pizza waren aus der Dose ungenießbar. Nudeln mit Hirsch Nudeln Weich und nicht warm Hirsch schmeckt nicht nach Hirsch.

17/08/2025: I gave one star because zero wasn't possible. The pizza was truly disgusting, as was the owner. We ordered takeout, and one of the four had a hole in it. To disguise the fact that the pizzas were raw, they put raw tomatoes in the box.
