24/12/2025: The largest McDonald's in the province, conveniently located inside with a children's play area. I also often use the drive-thru; it's a bit tricky to get in and out, but very doable.

21/12/2025: We were here on a Saturday morning and the restaurant was almost empty. The service was good, the coffee was good, the pastries were fresh. Everything was fine for me.

19/11/2025: I wonder if this place has ever been inspected by the hygiene department!! No one wears gloves when preparing the food; the pizza chef makes your pizza and then picks up the broom. What happened to me this summer is even worse. I ordered a pizza at the counter when I saw the employee wiping sweat from his forehead, so I mentioned it to the owner, who told him to wash his hands. Luckily I was there, at the counter; who knows how many he topped with his sweat? Another employee comes out, smokes a cigarette, and then makes you a kebab.

12/09/2025: It's absolutely delicious! I've only ever eaten pasta, so this feels like heaven. If you want more salad, please add more.

05/01/2026: Fantastic, fast, friendly. I happened to pass by on my way back from the markets, and I was intrigued by the boys' shirts, so I went in for a quick margherita. I didn't even have time to pay and it was already ready. If I could, I'd give it 6 stars!

16/10/2025: We had a buckwheat cake that was very moist and flavorful. The apple strudel made with shortcrust pastry was good, but could have used a bit more apple (in my opinion). The coffee was good. The service was friendly and quick. There's nice seating outside, as well as inside.

14/10/2025: Lovely terrace in the heart of Algund. Friendly service. Sun and shade. Restrooms available. Small parking lot around the corner. Bike stand right outside.

03/11/2025: They've been changing management every six months for years, and the kebab sandwich still sucks... the yogurt sauce has been the same for years, it seems to have gone bad, but even without the sandwich, it's still just plain old. I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against eating there. Go take a walk to the Dominican square, they make a pretty good kebab sandwich.

06/10/2025: Very rude owners. When we entered, they didn't say hello, and when we paid again, they didn't say hello even though the pizzeria was practically empty. The lady just looked at us without making a move. It's a shame because the pizzerias weren't that bad.

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.

21/12/2025: The room was clean, yes, but extremely old. The food wasn't very good, unfortunately. We wouldn't come back.

02/09/2025: Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. The facade of the building could use some love, but the rooms are beautiful and VERY clean. The breakfast is great and la signora Elena is super nice and a wonderful host. We definitely recommend.

30/07/2025: Carino l'ambiente interno e quello all'aperto, buono il servizio, buoni i canederli e le tagliatelle al sugo di salsiccia. Prezzi nella media, clientela gradevole.

22/07/2025: È forse il posto dove ho mangiato peggio a Brunico. Gnocchetti completamente immersi nella panna, cavolo cappuccio asprissimo e canderli senza sapore e molto asciutti. Posto abbastanza caotico, prezzi medio alti…in pieno centro a Brunico c’è di molto meglio secondo me.

30/11/2025: A pleasant experience, although the service was poor; the waiters were inattentive and unwelcoming. The portions are generous and of good quality; the quality/price ratio is reasonable. I recommend it for a quick lunch.

09/08/2025: I can only confirm the operator's unfriendly manner. It was around 3:30 p.m., and we asked for an hour of tennis. The courts were empty! "Guest cards aren't valid!" Okay, we'd pay. "Not until 4:00 p.m." Do they have tennis rackets and balls? "We only have bad stuff. If you want to play tennis, bring your own." They're pretty good at scaring customers away here.

17/10/2025: We always order the best home delivery pizza from them... today my daughter wanted a heart-shaped pizza... I asked if it was possible and they told me they were happy to do it... my daughter was very happy... thank you and congratulations, the pizza is always delicious

10/07/2025: Terrible, I don't know what happened, the first pizza arrived promptly at home and the edge was stuck to the cardboard like rubber, I called and they kindly confirmed that the pizza chef is not the same as usual and they promptly brought me another pizza even worse, terrible dough, terrifying... and even more stuck to the cardboard... I don't know what happened, I will never have it again!! terrible

28/12/2025: The Hotel Alpenhof is a family-run, extremely clean hotel, where the owners personally oversee every detail and create an authentic atmosphere. It's an ideal hotel for families with children, but without excess or kitschy childish decorations: everything is tastefully and thoughtfully designed. The food is very good, but the real highlight is dinner, simply excellent. The children's entertainment is well-organized and enjoyable. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, although the water could be slightly warmer. We spent five wonderful days there and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The hotel exudes a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, where everything flows naturally and stress-free. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is within easy reach. The wellness center is truly comprehensive and well-maintained, with a Finnish sauna, hay sauna, herbal Turkish bath, infrared cabin, and a splendid salt cave with a hydromassage pool, perfect for truly relaxing moments. The pool is also very beautiful, with a dedicated area for small children that we greatly appreciated. The cuisine is truly excellent: gourmet at dinner, comfortable and well-organized at lunch, always attentive to quality and variety. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and ideal for a family stay. The welcoming atmosphere is evident in every detail. The owners are extremely kind and attentive, always present but never intrusive, and manage to create a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, helping guests feel truly cared for. The Kids' Club service is excellent, with talented, engaging, and attentive entertainers who ensure the children have a great time. The evening baby dance was a much-anticipated event for the little ones and much appreciated by their parents. A special thanks to Giorgia for her kindness, helpfulness, and the smile with which she welcomes guests. A facility truly designed for families, combining elegance, tranquility, and quality services.
