01/11/2025: The food was great, as was the wine list. The smoking room was fantastic for cigars. The room was very clean. Regarding the spa area: a little less decoration would be nice, and the pool water was a bit too warm for me.

31/10/2025: We had a wonderful short break at the Romantik Hotel Stafler. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and plentiful. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, and you immediately feel at home. The spa area is lovely. Dinner is available both à la carte and as a set menu as part of the half-board option. The food was of very high quality and tasted absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

26/10/2025: The ambiance and taste are simply outstanding. However, the portion sizes are very small, even for haute cuisine. The South Tyrolean down-to-earthness, which is emphasized throughout, might even give you hope that you'll be satisfied, even on a rather expensive evening.

23/10/2025: We enjoyed lunch twice, on the terrace and inside. The quality of the food is amazing and the staff very friendly. For lunch, the atmosphere is quite relaxed and it is especially lovely to sit outside

07/08/2025: Visiting Hotel Freina every year since 2004. In winter for ski and in summer for mountain hikes. Always perfect. Location, rooms, food, staff-everything is superb.

14/10/2025: Absolutely amazing local experience. Presentation of the dishes, the service and the atmosphere are top notch. The dishes were beautifully balanced - we had seasonal deer and chestnut dishes. Down to earth but feels like a Michelin star meal. Highly recommended! Probably one of the best desserts we have ever tried.

16/10/2025: Beautiful! We were there during the week in October, so we were lucky enough to get a wonderful table on the terrace. Bright sunshine, good wine, and a divine Kaiserschmarrn. We would have loved to just stay seated.

20/10/2025: Always worth a trip. Don't be afraid of the winding route, though. At the top, you'll be more than rewarded. Great food, a fantastic view, and a friendly welcome are always welcome. Tip: You can only enjoy everything in good weather.

28/09/2025: Did you ever eat something so good it felt like you were drugged? It feels illegal to eat here. One of the top 5 restaurants in my life. The ribeye is to die for. You might call dining here a spiritual experience, an enlightenment, if you will. We were lucky to have dined here.

01/11/2025: In the center of Cermes and next to the Kraenzelhof labyrinth gardens (which are definitely worth a visit), this welcoming and elegantly furnished restaurant, housed in the rooms of a former mill, is a must-visit for those who enjoy gourmet cuisine (including traditional dishes). The first courses, meat and fish dishes are excellent, as are the homemade breads and desserts (try the crème brûlée to believe it). The wine list includes whites and reds from the Kraenzelhof cellar, which can be tasted and purchased in the wine shop next to the restaurant. Highly recommended for the atmosphere, food quality, and service.

19/10/2025: Everything was just perfect here. The food was delicious. The dessert, "cinnamon mousse with plum kernels," was a highlight. Very friendly service and cozy dining rooms. If you're on foot, you can burn off some of those calories right away, as it's quite a climb here.
