24/07/2025: We ate here on July 24, 2025 and it was the worst food experience we’ve had in Italy (including Venice, Padua, and Florence). We ordered 4 dishes. 2 came out very late, about 30 minutes after the first 2 were already finished. We had to remind the staff twice to bring them out. The food was overly salty and not good. The fillets were the only decent part. Service was poor too. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Wouldn’t recommend.

24/07/2025: We had a truly wonderful time! The waiter, Dervi, was perfect: extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling. The service was impeccable. We ate divinely, but the real star of the evening was the steak: simply spectacular! Tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

11/08/2025: It's a shame there aren't more stars because they would be perfect. Excellent service, excellent food, and a well-maintained location. A truly pleasant day.... I'm updating my review after the third lunch to confirm the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff...

09/08/2025: Welcoming lakeside location. Impeccable and fast service. Excellent venison stew, tagliata, mixed roast, ravioli with venison ragù, and porcini risotto with smoked scamorza cheese. Excellent house Sangiovese. Clean throughout. Spend relaxing hours.

25/07/2025: A place with a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps, excellent antipasti, and wine. It's also open before 7:00 PM, which is unusual in this area.

11/07/2025: A wonderful location, welcoming staff, and tasty food are the perfect backdrop to Le Bontà del Passo, a restaurant definitely worth trying and a place I'll gladly return to. I called the day before to make a reservation for two for lunch and ask if there were vegan options; the young lady who answered very kindly informed me that they don't have many options other than panigacci with mushroom sauce for the first course and a salad with fresh vegetables, pickled vegetables, legumes, and panzanella for the second course. They could have prepared something else if they'd known in advance, but it seemed quite filling, so I didn't insist. So I ordered the panigacci, but instead of all three with sauce, I opted for one with just oil. However, I must admit, the mushrooms were truly special: delicious, with a superb texture! The salad was also truly amazing and very tasty! The service was quick, the staff friendly, but the biggest surprise was the bill: €41! Considering that my mother had ravioli with butter and sage, beef carpaccio, a 1/2-liter bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and two coffees, we expected to spend more! We complimented everything, were truly satisfied, and will definitely be back 😊 Thank you!

10/08/2025: I was there for a wedding, a beautiful location, perfect for these ceremonies. The appetizer was basic, a bit too much for a wedding, as you can see from the photo. The first courses weren't good enough; if I'm not mistaken, I didn't eat one of them, but the second courses were good—sliced pork and roast pork. The service was courteous and efficient. I would invest in the kitchen.

17/07/2025: Federico, the owner of Osteria Anita, is the pinnacle of Pisa's dining scene, both for its hospitality and its dishes. Osteria Anita is located in the small Piazza del Pozzetto, near the larger Piazza Garibaldi, just steps from the Lungarni. In the summer, it has outdoor seating, making it pleasant even on the sweltering evenings. And...try it and believe it.

13/07/2025: Comida deliciosa y algo “un poco diferente”: la pasta de jabalí estaba deliciosa. El servicio es excelente y el personal es amable y servicial.

22/06/2025: Wonderful experience!! Wonderful visit to the winery with a detailed description of the viticultural differences of the Chianti valley and the wines of the group in general. Then we tasted 4 excellent wines, including a truly unique white and reserve, and a cutting board with bread and oil from the area. We also bought a wine from the tasting! An experience that we promise to repeat and recommend to everyone! A suggestion: please, open the restaurant too!! We'll book now!!

10/06/2025: Julia provided an unforgettable experience. We happened upon Vitique whilst driving through to Firenze, and she accommodated us without skipping a beat. Knowledgable, funny and incredibly passionate, this tour and tasting was incredible. We will certainly be stopping by if we are ever in Tuscany again! Thank you!

10/08/2025: Very fresh porchetta, excellently filled sandwiches and the back of the kiosk has been redone, the view is excellent

08/08/2025: We've been coming here for years and the quality is consistently high, the quantities perfect, and the staff is always kind and courteous. My daughter and I recommend it, and she can't wait to return as soon as possible.

17/08/2025: Graceful wild boar fillets pine away as long as you eat them. Even more graceful girls welcome you with warmth. The only negative is that at Chichibio's inn, cranes are missing from the menu (see Decameron). I hope they'll fix that soon.

09/08/2025: At Osteria Chichibio, you'll experience an authentic atmosphere, made even more pleasant by the kindness of the staff, always friendly and helpful. The cuisine is authentic and carefully crafted, with dishes that showcase the local area through authentic flavors. Among the specialties we tried, the Francesina deserves an honorable mention: a typical local dish, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. A culinary experience that combines tradition and passion, absolutely worth trying.

04/08/2025: It's been almost 15 years since you were last here... So it's interesting to see if it's still as good as it used to be. The decor is almost as pared down and rustic as before. Only now it's even more simple. It's a shame, it lacks charm. The waiters are friendly, but their manners are very reserved... One must not forget that there are a lot of tourists here, and the mood isn't always great. But the food was, just like back then, good, simple Tuscan cuisine. The prices are reasonable. Considering that this area is teeming with tourists, it was relaxed and pleasant.

26/07/2025: The WORST Dining Experiences in Florence! My friend (a young Asian woman with long, straight black hair) found a short, curled, dark brown hair in her black truffle cream pasta—definitely not hers. She pointed it out right away. The waiter brushed it off and said, “That’s just truffle.” Her friend even picked the hair out with a fork and placed it on the plate edge to show him clearly. Then the chef (or maybe the owner) came over. Instead of taking it seriously, he tried to wipe the hair away with his finger like he was trying to cover it up!! After he wiped off the hair, he looked her in the eye and questioned her, “Where? There’s no hair.” We were all SHOCKED. Nobody said a word. It was only after seeing our silence that he came back and said, unwillingly, “I’ll get you another one.” Still no apology, no explanation, nothing. We all supported our friend, who stayed calm through it all though she couldn’t speak any Italian. She even had a photo of the dish before eating—the hair is clearly visible. The way he treated her—like she didn’t matter—felt incredibly disrespectful. Would the response have been the same if she were older? Or even not Asian? It really made us question their attitude toward younger travelers and people of color. This wasn’t just about finding a hair. It was about how badly the situation was handled. No basic respect, no responsibility. Just denial and blame. If this happened to your friend, how would you want it handled? Think twice before eating here.

28/07/2025: Come ogni anno torniamo sempre alla trattoria dalla Santina e come sempre non ci delude mai. Tutto ottimo dagli antipasti ai primi passando per i secondi e concludendo con dei favolosi dolci. Tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa che non è scontato al giorno d’oggi. Poi Duccio come sempre ti accoglie e ti fa sentire in famiglia.

14/06/2025: Few dishes but genuine and homemade. The menu always changes and every time it is a pleasant surprise. We have always had a great time thanks also to Duccio, a Tuscan host who has now become a friend.

17/08/2025: Everything was very good and the children's menu was particularly rich.

16/08/2025: Excellent pizza, starting with the ingredients used (delicious). Super friendly staff, spacious and cool atmosphere, and very fast table service. Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: Absolutely recommendable! Whether it's pasta, meat, wine, or service and ambiance: a fantastic experience without a doubt. The value for money is also fair, and at no point did I feel like "just another tourist." If the opportunity arises, I'll be back!

11/08/2025: First of all, it's always a pleasure to have a server who can speak your language (French), and then everything was super good. The place is great, the restaurant is cute, the servers are friendly, everything is great here.

The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the view breathtaking... but what I appreciated most were the little touches and the attention to detail; every gesture conveyed professionalism and care. A service that exceeded expectations. I will definitely be back!

25/07/2025: I've been to Ciccia&Vino twice now. It's the perfect place for those who want to eat excellent quality meat paired with a good selection of wines in an accessible and friendly environment. I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't eat meat, as there aren't many other options besides their delicious appetizers and sides. The atmosphere is simple, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff is courteous, very helpful, attentive, and sensitive to individual needs. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality ☺️
