03/06/2026: We dined at La Panacea after reading the excellent reviews online, and we can say that our expectations were fully met, indeed exceeded. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere very pleasant, familiar, and authentic. Special thanks to Gabriele, who looked after us throughout the evening with great professionalism, expertise, and courtesy, providing excellent advice on both the dishes and the wine. The meat was truly excellent, perfectly cooked and of superior quality. The trio of tartares was not to be missed, carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The recommended Syrah was also excellent, pairing perfectly with the dinner. A place where you immediately feel at home, with quality products and attentive staff. If you're in the Pisa area, it's definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back! Finally, I'd like to add that restaurants like this need no reviews or introductions; they're already excellent in their own right. Keep up the good work!

31/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience — far beyond a meal. From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional. Our waiter took the time to explain every dish with patience and enthusiasm, and his recommendations were spot on. This is clearly a place run by people who are passionate about what they do. Almost everything is made in-house — the charcuterie on the antipasti, the bread, the pasta, the desserts. You can taste the difference. The meat was outstanding: perfectly aged, expertly cooked, and the owner's knowledge of each cut is impressive. The atmosphere is wonderfully local and family-like. No pretension, just genuine warmth. The owner himself came to our table several times throughout the evening to check in, share stories, and make sure we were happy — that personal touch made all the difference. But the real cherry on top? After dinner, with 7 km back to Pisa and five of us unable to find a single taxi, we were stranded as the last guests of the night. Without hesitation, the owner offered to drive us all back to our accommodation — in his vintage car. It was one of those magical, unexpected moments that turns a great dinner into a truly memorable story. If you're anywhere near Pisa, make the trip. La Panacea is the real deal.

29/01/2026: A place where you'll find meat, side dishes, and desserts. The meat is spectacular, some of the best in the area. We ordered a superb Ciliegiolo wine. The atmosphere is very noisy; some soundproofing would be enough to reduce the commotion. We'll definitely be back!

13/06/2026: Awesome Experience in Florence! True Dining at Lungarno 23 We had dinner last night at Lungarno 23, and I can only describe it as a truly amazing experience! It's pure and true dining. The service was excellent, courteous, and impeccable—a true example of hospitality. The cuisine is exceptional. We had the pleasure of trying several dishes, all of the highest quality. Among the many delights, we enjoyed: The roast beef, tender and cooked to perfection. A delicious, divine beef tartare. The fried gnocchi, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with delicious accompaniments, including truffle. The pappa al pomodoro, authentic and full of flavor. A selection of top-quality cured meats and cheeses, excellent! A juicy, uniquely flavorful hamburger! Thank you for making our holiday in Florence special ♥️

04/06/2026: The butcher shop offers very friendly service, plenty of samples, and excellent sausages and meats at very fair prices. They also sell a selection of fine wines and gourmet foods.

01/06/2026: We've been more satisfied before. The service was understaffed for a Saturday evening. And the dog next to me made me nervous; it was clearly after my meat. The owner should put a stop to that. Dogs don't belong in a small restaurant, and if they do, they should at least be kept under your own table or in a secluded corner, not in the middle of the room.

23/05/2026: We really enjoyed our visit. The food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for these wonderful evenings. We dined there four times in one week. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back. We highly recommend this restaurant. It's especially good for people who don't necessarily eat fish. The vegetarian dishes are also very tasty. We particularly recommend the pasta with truffles.

13/06/2026: So, be careful, there's a bar and a restaurant, and I made a mistake in my previous review. We went to the restaurant and were greeted by Leonardo (he speaks excellent French! Don't hesitate to ask!). As a group of girls, he understood our desire to share, bringing us cutlery for six (haha). The food is excellent, kudos to the chef, and the portions are generous! Special mention goes to the Panzanella salad and the tiramisu. We had a lovely time; thank you to the whole team. Also worth noting, the dining room is air-conditioned and quiet, located in a side alley. A great place!
