We had such a lovely dinner here. Kind staff that is incredibly knowledgeable about wine. Food is delicious. One of the best tiramisu I have ever had.

From start to finish, this was an exceptional dining experience. The food was truly impeccable—every dish was cooked beautifully, with flavors that made it clear the ingredients were authentic and of the highest quality. You can tell a lot of care and craftsmanship goes into every plate. What made the evening even more memorable was the staff. They were genuinely lovely and went above and beyond to make our night feel fun, seamless, and special. We’ll absolutely be back!

What a GREAT night. The restaurant is unique and very beautiful. Alessandro was fantastic and made the night very enjoyable. Dont be in a hurry, enjoy the food and the ambiance. Wr had only pasta but all 3 were fantastic. Kudos to the entire staff.

In the heart of FLORENCE, just steps from Palazzo Strozzi, PARIONE restaurant offers an elegant and authentic experience. The restaurant is spread across three rooms: two on the ground floor, welcoming and lively, and one on the basement level, more intimate and evocative, with a cave-like atmosphere, ideal for a romantic dinner. We savored two truly excellent main courses: the tender and flavorful grilled veal steak (with spinach and crispy baked potatoes), and a refined "new style" veal ossobuco with Venere rice, well-balanced and rich in flavor. All accompanied by two glasses of quality Chianti, perfect for enhancing the flavors. The impeccable finish was a warm, soft, and enveloping dark chocolate heart. A special mention for their quality oil, which they make themselves, complete with a fantastic and artistic label. 👨‍🎨 🖌️ 🖼️ Careful atmosphere, especially a table in the "Grotta" on the basement level ❤️‍🔥

Great food! The pappardelle with boar ragù was fantastic, one of my favorites in Florence. Had a good wine selection and the steak was also delicious.
