16/01/2026: Excellent kebab, the best kebab shop in Italy! And I say this as a Palermitan. The thin piadina enhances the flavor of the kebab, and you can add the toppings to your liking! All the ingredients are prepared by them! The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and reflects their culture. The bathroom is fragrant and clean. Everything is excellent! Including the complimentary ginger tea! We'll be back!

04/04/2026: We stayed here for my husband's birthday. We found the atmosphere meticulously designed, with spacious rooms where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The apartments are clean and tidy, equipped with every comfort. The restaurant is charming, with just a few impeccably set tables. Inside, there's a fireplace where the meat is cooked freshly, a detail that, in my opinion, makes all the difference. We enjoyed the spa, two hours of pure relaxation for our exclusive use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few days to recharge. A special compliment goes to all the staff and the owners. As soon as you arrive, you can feel they do their job with passion and love. Thank you so much for everything, see you soon, Valentina and Matteo.

16/03/2026: A unique place... surrounded by nature. A staff capable of making you feel pampered at all times and in all situations. Highly recommended for an escape from the hectic city life... Impeccable apartments. Delightful spa. Extraordinary cuisine, highly recommended even for those like me who are vegan or vegetarian. A fabulous location for events too... everything is always meticulously cared for, down to the smallest details. A magical little place!!!!

20/04/2026: Yesterday, we went to lunch at Mater for the first time. As soon as you enter, you find yourself in a beautiful, light-filled space with a stunning view of the mountains of the Casentino forests. A restaurant with many material references to the forest. The long glass window with the open kitchen is stunning, where you can watch chef Filippo and his team bustle about. The tables are well-spaced to ensure excellent privacy. You're then pleasantly welcomed by Marta, who manages the dining room with what I'd call excellent service. You can tell she loves her job and is truly professional. I can definitely say that Marta truly adds value to this Michelin-starred restaurant. You sit at the tables and are pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the table settings, with truly refined, sometimes even vintage, objects. The dining room staff is very welcoming, kind, but not intrusive. The cuisine is highly refined while maintaining the local flavours, with produce from the garden you can see outside on the terrace. Marta's particular attention to detail in preparing highly sophisticated cocktails and liqueurs (like absinthe) at the end of the meal is also very pleasing. 11/03/2026: I've been for lunch a couple of times. Truly excellent. Great food and super friendly and helpful staff. It feels like being at a friend's house. Beautiful location nestled in the Tuscan hills. The bright and spacious atmosphere offers just the right amount of privacy.

02/04/2026: First time but an experience we absolutely must repeat, also because we tried the pizza but not the meat and if the meat is as good as the pizzas we absolutely must return.

03/04/2026: The place is meticulously cared for down to the smallest details, very clean, and the kindness and courtesy are undeniable. Excellent food, and the wait between courses makes you realize that everything is delivered quickly. Mind you, I don't mean to say the wait is long. The starter was excellent, with a revisited version of the classic pappa al pomodoro. Today is Christmas Eve, so eggs cooked at a low temperature, followed by Tuscan-style cod. 14/04/2026: There's not much to say, Osteria del Teatro is a must-visit if you're spending a day in Cortona and the surrounding area. For lunch or dinner. The staff is extremely kind and professional. As stated on the menu, they invite you to ask for recommendations. And we did! Thank you so much, we ate wonderfully!

04/04/2026: I don’t know where to begin with Scara & Beo… Possibly one of the most memorable dinner I ever had. You enter the restaurant from a tiny, narrow street. Once inside the space expand suddenly, over a large room which carries on over the rooftops and the valley through two beautiful windows. This analogy carries on with the exquisite food, waiting to burst in your palate. Everything is thought. Every little detail. The decor, the attentive service, the food. Even the music, always tasteful and just at the perfect volume (an art form itself). Paola, behind the counter, is the real maestro, quietly orchestrating and finishing each dish with focus and passion. If you are vegetarian or vegan, this little, extraordinary place is a confirmation that being kind to animals doesn’t mean sacrificing the pleasure of eating. Can you make poetry with food? Certainly yes. Here it happens.

06/04/2026: Today, April 6, 2026, we visited this restaurant in Sansepolcro. The Florentine restaurant Locanda del Giglio. Michele, my wife, and I were there. It was a truly atmospheric lunch, made even more magical by the music of a talented pianist: Donati. The dishes were expertly crafted by a Michelin-starred chef, yet retain the authenticity and flavors that only the finest ingredients can provide. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere of the owners and waitresses made everything perfect. I would mention them all, but I'd particularly like to mention two, Vittoria and Violetta. Rarely has such a successful combination of fine dining and human warmth been found. The prices are affordable and consistent with the high quality. I'm pleased to highlight the natural empathy between the owners, waitresses, and customers. Anyone looking to spend a wonderful day in Sansepolcro cannot miss this restaurant.

15/03/2026: We've been back to eat here and are always satisfied. On Sundays, they serve a set lunch menu, and they even managed to accommodate the celiac at the table (and it was all delicious).
