16/08/2024: Quella da Bisteccatoscana è stata un' esperienza incredibile. La Bistecca è l'elemento centrale attorno al quale ruota tutta la meraviglia di questo posto che cura ogni minimo dettaglio: dall'arredamento dell'ambiente ai vini e ai piatti di accompagnamento, dalla griglia dove viene cotta la bistecca alla scelta accurata della carne. Tutto prepara a quell'incontro di sapori che si sprigionano nel mangiare una Fiorentina come non avevo mai provato prima.

15/12/2024: Molto per caso siamo stati a pranzo in questo locale. Ed è stato un vero piacere: accoglienza favolosa, cibo molto buono e location molto curata. Se torneremo in zona non sarà un posto " per caso" ma scelto con consapevolezza.

Sometimes, as in the case of the "Amici mie" tavern in Serravalle Pistoiese, culinary dreams come true. When you enter you are greeted by friends. The food is as wonderful as what your grandma would make for you. The ribollita is divine. The amazing "peposo". The sensational fried food; delicious desserts. Here is finally a tavern where the love for cooking and customer service is stronger than anything else. Strongly recommended if you pass through Pistoia.
