15/06/2026: Returned after 2 years and found it always perfect, excellent food, exceptional wine cellar, compliments

15/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance upon arrival in Pistoia. The owner presented us with the set menu and invited us in. We wanted a snack and devoured an excellent Florentine steak... and then we toured the city. N.B.: vegetarians are welcome!

19/07/2026: Cant say we've ever been to a restaurant where blocks of beef were rolled out to review the amount to cut! We ordered everything from the menu from primi to contorni. We really enjoyed everything - pasta was cooked perfectly, meats were perfect temperature, desserts tasted homemade. Both wines tried were reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend!

11/07/2026: Every time I come to Monsummano, it's a must! One of my all-time favorite restaurants! The meat is excellent in all its preparations, and the staff always gives excellent recommendations!

07/06/2026: A beautiful stone restaurant with outdoor dining options. We went for the first time and it was a pleasant discovery. Excellent food and attentive, courteous service. The gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts and the tortelli were truly excellent, not to mention the scaloppine with mushrooms and the fried mushrooms. A green space for conversation and a cool drink. Would definitely return. Low noise level. Also suitable for groups. Ample parking.

31/05/2026: Excellent lunch in terms of quality, quantity, and service. We've been there many times and it's never disappointed. The setting is also superb, in the heart of the Svizzera Pesciatina. Highly recommended! We've been back, and I can confirm everything above!

25/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Sandrino's. The set menu included a porcini mushroom first course, a hare first course, followed by wild boar stew with olives and steak. Everything was wonderful.

12/07/2026: Found it last night by chance because if you don't know it, it's a little off the main roads in the Renaggio area near Montecatini Terme. Excellent cuisine and food, like the owner who welcomes customers in an exceptional way. The staff live up to the family-run yet elegant place. I highly recommend it. Thanks for the lovely dinner!

03/06/2026: We visited this restaurant for the first time. We had the Florentine steak, appetizers, and dessert. The steak was superb! The waiter matched the perfect Tuscan wine. The service was fast and beautiful. The service was polite. We read the reviews and don't understand those who gave it one star. We're one of those customers who find fault with a fork being placed incorrectly. We found no fault here!

02/06/2026: Excellent experience! We ate very well, with traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with care and using quality ingredients. Attentive and professional service, and friendly and helpful staff made lunch or dinner even more enjoyable. A must-have for anyone seeking authentic Tuscan cuisine. Recommended!

21/06/2026: We went there yesterday for lunch, we were passing through. The gentleman who served us was very kind, the food was top notch. We had the amazing pici, then we had a mixed fried meat with baked potatoes, also top notch!!! Finally, we had a mix of desserts made by the wife and then the magic happened! PURE PLEASURE!!! Accompanied by a wine (complimentary) that was delicious!!! We even bought a bottle to take home. In short, everything was perfect!!!!!!!! Thank you so much

15/06/2026: The pasta is good, but nothing extraordinary. It's a pleasant restaurant, and you'll probably eat well, but knowing it has a location in New York tells you it doesn't have the same authenticity as some other places out there.

09/06/2026: There was nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products and the deliciousness of the dishes offered, not to mention the wonderful view, which was what encouraged us to book lunch for a ceremony. We had the first problems with the reservation (made 7 months in advance), which a month earlier, due to a mix-up, didn't appear to exist, but fortunately they managed to guarantee what was agreed upon. Unfortunately, on the day of the event, the service and hospitality were very poor, with the waiters (except for the dark-haired lady) paying little attention to making guests feel comfortable. On three occasions, the waiter told the guest who had made a request that they needed to see if it was included. This situation made the birthday boy or girl look bad and made the guest feel embarrassed for having asked for an extra (truly unprofessional, and when it was pointed out, they were almost annoyed by our remark)! It was a lunch in record time, arriving at 1:30 pm, at the time of the cake when I asked to take a short break before the dessert but I was told that they would not have time to prepare the evening service (it was 3:10 pm), by the time of the sparkling wine they had already removed the glasses from the tables and told the guests that they had to prepare for the evening service (they practically sent us away), if I had been warned at the time of booking that I had to vacate the structure by a certain time I would have made my considerations on the matter... With great regret, because the chef is truly excellent, we will not return again and I do not recommend a ceremony in this structure.

12/06/2026: First meal in Italy! Delicious food and gluten free pizza! Didn't seem particularly glad to have eight travel-weary Americans with minimal language capabilities drop in but, that's probably to be expected. Pleasant enough for the most part though, and definitely top food.

24/05/2026: Never a problem. Mushrooms, steak, and game like few others. A well-stocked wine cellar, and Alessandro, the perfect companion.
