19/05/2026: The hidden gem! This place is amazing. My food was excellent, crispy bread with liver and truffles as a starter was outstanding, Michelin star level. Pasta plate was very good, but not exceptional (that may be determined by my choice) and desert tiramisu was great. Good espresso closed the deal. Service was great.

18/05/2026: Cortona Bistrot is undoubtedly one of those places that surprises and delights. Everything we tried was delicious, but I must give a special and obligatory mention to their egg dish with pecorino and truffle. It's served by the owner, with his wife in the kitchen, and the service is exceptionally friendly.

16/06/2026: Everything was impeccable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were professional and polite; they explained each dish to you, were attentive to your every need, and gave excellent wine pairing recommendations. Highly recommended!

15/06/2026: One word: UNASSEMBLED Small constructive criticism: Unbeatable except for the water and coffee. €4 for a bottle of water is a bit hilarious, €4 for a coffee is even more hilarious. But still, UNASSEMBLED. The best steak I've ever eaten. Top-notch staff, top-notch location, nice, large parking lot, delicious bread of various kinds. Nothing to say. I repeat, UNASSEMBLED.

15/04/2026: We went last night with a group of friends, and I can say I expected something different, considering we ordered a year ago. In this context, however, the food was good and the service was quite satisfactory.

17/06/2026: I organized a lunch for my birthday, they were great Luca the owner is super helpful and kind he satisfied all my requests, the chef is very good and very kind he puts a lot of passion into his work, the quality of the fish is very high, the pastry shop made a very good and beautiful cake aesthetically, very kind and professional waiters, not to mention the view which is phenomenal overlooking the sea I could not ask for better

10/06/2026: We don't think that we can find the right words for Villa Margherita, or to find words to do them right. We're from Germany and had our wedding on the 6th June 2026 at Villa Margherita in Quercianella and from the first look here on Matrimonio to our first visit in person and to our wedding a few days ago, we're left speechless. The Villa itself is obviously incredibly beautiful and a dream location, it's even more beautiful in person. But what we want to point out the most are definitely the people and the staff of Villa Margherita. They're incredibly competent, friendly, well organized and just all-round awesome and amazing people. Even though we live in Germany and married in Italy, we were never worried about a single thing and just felt at ease, because we knew that Elisabetta, Luca and their team would give their everything to ensure we have an unforgettable wedding. They took care of everything and whenever we needed anything or had questions, they were there for us. At the beginning, Villa Margherita was simply a wedding location, but now after we've been there and had our wedding, Villa Margherita is our second home and definitely a place we're going to visit every year from now on. The people around Villa Margherita have become our friends and being there feels like paradise on earth with your closest family. We also want to point out the service and especially the food. We're pretty sure the chef could have a few Michelin stars if he wanted to. Food in Italy is always amazing, but food in Villa Margherita is simply fantastic. Our wedding cake was from another world with how good it was. Never in our life have we tasted such amazing food. I could go on and on but as I said in the beginning, no words can do Villa Margherita right. If you want an unforgettable wedding, please do yourself a favor and go to Villa Margherita. Thank you again everyone, truly. Thank you Elisabetta, Luca, Giuseppe, Salvatore, Frieda, Isabella, Claudio, Antonio, Sara, Giorgia, Evelyn and everyone else. You're one of the greatest people we've met and we're looking forward to meeting you guys again next year, the year after, and so on until we grow gray and old. ❤️❤️❤️

Chef Francesco, with his presence at the tables to offer necessary advice and suggestions, stands out in a special way. The fully transparent cuisine makes the concept of transparency even more appreciated. The quality of the dishes and the art with which they are prepared reach a high level of gastronomic excellence, and the wine pairings suggested by the Sommelier are of the highest rigor and quality. 10/05/2026: The cuisine speaks for itself; all that's left to do is try it. The courtesy and friendliness of the staff and chef perfectly complement the delicious food. I recommend it to anyone who wants something special, especially fish. But there are no limits; whether meat or fish, every dish is worth savoring. It's worth it... even just listening to the description... and in the end, you're always spoiled for choice. Always top-notch, one of the best cuisines ever.

26/04/2026: I only knew this restaurant by name, and mostly for its seafood. Excellent food (fish, of course), generous portions, excellent customer service, and a more than reasonable price. The only downside, but this is where parents come into play, was the proximity of a child who had been screaming all evening. Otherwise, a well-deserved 5 stars.

03/05/2026: The setting was beautiful, the service excellent, and the food very tasty. A special mention for the strawberry and champagne tiramisu, which was simply sublime.

10/06/2026: There were two of us; we parked in the covered paid parking lot, and there's also the P6 parking lot nearby. It was a long weekend Sunday and Montepulciano was very busy; we hadn't booked, but we were very lucky to get a table for two around 9 pm. The place is small but extremely cute, the staff were welcoming, and the food was delicious. We were extremely satisfied! We ordered a cacciatore appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, water, a glass of wine, and two coffees. Very fair prices! We were truly satisfied! We'll definitely be back!
