12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none. We highly recommend it.

17/10/2025: One of the best gelatos in Florence. Extraordinary "mordilatte" flavor. The gelateria offers many new flavors, such as a themed weekend dedicated to tiramisu. Highly recommended for those who aren't afraid of the scale!

04/10/2025: English at the bottom. 🇬🇧Superlative pizzas, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Try the "seasonal" pizzas because they are even better than the classic ones! Very kind, friendly, and welcoming staff. You really feel like you're part of the family. A must-visit on every visit to Portoferraio. 🇬🇧 The restaurant is run by a lovely Italian family, with excellent service! The pizzas were amazing and 100% traditional! This is the exact experience I expected when traveling to Elba Island. Definitely try the pizzas on the special menu board.

Most likely, choose what suits you. "We ordered pasta with orange, and the burrata pasta was covered in burrata." 👌

02/10/2025: One of the best place in town. The service was super nice and the manager took care of us himself with suggestions that not only didn’t disappoint, but went way over our expectations! Starters were very good, the steak was AMAZING, and the wine was just divine. I warmly suggest this restaurant, for both tourists and locals, really. I love it!

02/11/2025: We went to Fornello for the second time, accompanied by a couple of friends. The dinner was good, but I have to make a point: three of us chose the tagliolini with butter and white truffle. Typically, the truffle is cut at the table because it enhances the flavor of the truffle, and the weight per portion should be between 5 and 10 grams. In our case, however, the tagliolini were served directly from the kitchen with the truffle already on top, a minimal amount that left more room for the flavor of the butter. What a shame.
