Following an event, I stayed at Villa Sonnino; a wonderful villa/building from the 1500s, with ample internal and external parking close to the town of San Miniato. Easy to reach from the Florence-Pisa highway. Welcoming reception staff, as friendly and professional as the serving staff. Delicious dishes: excellent greetings, such as the sensational casarecce with white Cinta ragù and linguine with truffle peel. Rich sweet and savory buffet for breakfast: excellent homemade cakes, as well as various biscuits. Wonderful environments, as pleasant as the bedrooms with brick ceilings and wooden beams. Ottimo ristorante in un contesto curato nei minimi dettagli. personale di sala attento, cortese dalla pazienza infinita ( nelle mille piccole richieste); complimenti alla brigata in cucina, allo staff tutto che ci ha accolti e fatti sentire come a casa. Vicino alla strada di grande comunicazione Fi-Pi-Li, con parcheggio riservato all’hotel e a pochi passi ampio 🅿️ per il ristorante Nelle foto ( che non rendono giustizia alla bontà😋) alcune delle pietanze servite🌻

Valutazione relativa al solo ristorante, non avendo mai usufruito dell'albergo. Ambiente di classe, anche il buffet è molto buono. Spazi ampi e adatti a tutte le esigenze, specie per le cerimonie. Più difficile esprimere giudizi sulla cucina. Le cose viste fanno pensare ad un livello alto, ma essendo sempre stato ospite di cerimonie altrui, e quindi con menù concordato, è mancata finora l'occasione di esplorare la carta.
